I am also a marthomite and I pray 🙏 for such good priests. Now a days churches not only in marthoma but in all sabhas are trading place of our Jesus.
Formation of marthoma church itself was out deception of from Orthodox Church . And last 78 years, I can say the discrimination done to humanity is questionable , it is always discriminated the members based on cast. And earlier bishops limited its leadership to certain family stating that, they were first Nazrani family ?

Excellent, representation of factual happenings. In the name of religion, just like politicians, the clergy has become a shame. Jesus and the Bible have foretold such predictions. Today's religious leaders and politicians work hand in hand - manipulate and rip of simple humble laity. We can fully understand a similar situation - with respect to Kadapra , kumbanad, koipurum panchayat where once again a Polluter runs foul on all aspects but the church and clergy plays dumb to the real concerns of the parishioners. I will be adding more to clarify this point. Have addressed the issue with the sabha office. So far crickets ( silence) is all that we have seen. and that was expected. I have added on to this point. I can and very well have the total knowledge of the facts and my forefathers were pillars of that church and hence can talk speak with conviction, proof of all that I can provide..
There is much more sad incidents to all of that, what he have mentioned. And that's the reason why I left this denomination long time back.

I fully agree with whatever this person has told in this CZcams video. I would like to share few of my thoughts at this juncture. The formation of a priest/ bishop candidate has to start in the childhood itself at home. So the parents have an important role to play. Since one does not know whether a child will finally end up as a priest or not till he completes his graduation and opts for seminary studies, it is important that all the children go through the same religious and spiritual education. Then the sunday school teachers and the parish priests and the local church members also have to do their part. All of them have to be role models for the young children by their conduct. Children are seeing them while they are growing up to adulthood. So choice of Sunday school teachers who have excellent moral and spiritual testimony only should be chosen to teach the children. They should be role models for these children. Local churches should invite men of God to come and speak to these children once in a while. The priests and the Sunday school teachers could identify children who are potential priest/bishop candidates and build them up spiritually. Also while interviewing candidates for seminary admission, the parish priest should give a honest recommendation in a sealed cover directly to the seminary office so that the committee could take a correct decision whether to admit some one who has ended up there by hook or crook. Let us hope people will do everything with the fear of God in their heart and not as men pleasers. I hope a revival will happen among us and God will raise up leaders with integrity and piety among us.

Money thus collected is siphoned off at different levels. A major chunk goes into the private coffers of the bishops, which later gets converted to benami investments.
This is the reason for the demand for a Church Act.

You forgot the fact that marthoma church is democratic in nature. If you are a marthomakaran use your right and go verify your doubts. Don't spread LIES because of you assumptions. The institutions that collect money - Go visit these institutions once in while and understand their needs. Don't spread blasphemy without knowing the entire picture.
