- Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoy this plant room houseplant tour (the first tour of 2023)! I wanted to show you all where my plants are living in my plant room and what everything looks like since getting my ikea shelf and a new shelf for my window area.
If you're familiar with my tours, you may notice a slight decrease in plants with this tour. I've been consolidating, giving away and even...tossing out plants that don't bring me joy (don't worry, the plants I "tossed" were rehabs that weren't rehabbing).
I'll be doing more videos like this to show how my plant room is changing with that and showing how you can decorate a space with plants, so stay tuned for all of that.

Aw thank you! Yeah my room maintains 40-60%. I make sure the needy ones like the alocasias are right next to the humidifier
Thank you for the tour. I purchased the Marble Queen pothos (amongst others) against my better judgment. I've got to keep this one under control. My hope is to organize my plants nicely (like yours) making their care more efficient. 🪴
You have such a beautiful way to film when you pan the room and cut to another section of the room. Maybe it’s your way of editing.

Very nice, love the room. That pearls n jade has some interesting leaves , with the green on green variegation. There is a mutation/cultivar called emerald pothos, also from the n'joy, like the pearls n jade, so I wonder if its sporting some of the mutation, I know some philos can just suddenly do that, like a rojo congo, just thought I would mention it in case it continues , that would interesting to see. Thanks for sharing , its nice to see how others style their rooms , helps with new ideas.

Lovely to find your channel. I really enjoyed your beautiful photography, videography. You have a great range of plants. A little bit of most things . You see, to have so many sunny windows when you filmed. Do you use many grow lights? Here in England it’s a necessity for the majority of the year.
As far as Spider plants go, they were what got both my Ma an me into houseplants back in the 1980s, everyone would have one on their cabinet or bookshelf somewhere. Today I have a beautiful curly one, which is fairly large and currently has 2 mature babies, which I probably need to transplant. Love your video style. Just subbed. X

Beautiful collection 🤩 I do the all white look as well bc it makes the plant pop. Any suggestions on the string of hearts? I have two under grow lights and they just get dried out OR the opposite with root rot🤦 theyre not my favorite but in determined to make them thrive😂 (Im an alocasia person).💚 Love your content.
Aw thank you so much! 😊 the string of hearts does well in (at least for me) a really well draining soil. I have mine in 1 part potting mix and 3 parts perlite. I do need to water it probably once a week. I give it a good soak. I’m not a huge fan either 😬

What about the other plants in your house or are all them only in your plant room.
I’m only doing the plant room for this tour. The other plants in my house haven’t changed much design wise. I’ll do a full tour in a few months 😊🌿

It’s in a orchid bark mix. Just bark, perlite and charcoal. The one I use is in my Amazon storefront, linked in the description 😊🌿
