i absolutely love my asparagus fern. it has its own spot so that i can enjoy its simplicity, but i love the way it texture breaks up foliage.
i love the way you used the wood to elevate the display! I'm definitely going to keep this in mind.
Живут же люди!Удачи Вам!💚
Wow Alex...49 min. Your coming out of the gate strong. Love it.❤
Thank you! Turns out, if I’m allowed to ramble I just keep talking and talking. 😅
You have a beautiful house, wonderfully decorated with wonderful plants😊
Of all the videos I watch online, I resonate most with you.
My house and garden is our green paradise in the middle of the city.
It's mine and my family's peace and sanctuary.
Thank you for being you and sharing your beautiful life with us.
Lots of hugs from Zambia
Oh my gosh, thank you SO much, my friend! Big hugs back! 🤗 (and your house and garden sound amazing!!)
i love the white vase idea for the orchid!
Hi Alex, of course I'm watching❤. I'm more than happy to share my orchid rebooting tips with you! My number 1 tip is that the phals do need a bit of temperature drop in early fall. I try to have my grow room around 62 to 65 degrees from mid October to Thanksgiving. This drop normally will initiate spikes. Once you have spiking, you can go to your normal fall indoor temperature. I hope this helps, and I love your collection. ❤
Thank you so much for the tips, Wanda!! 🙏😊
You're very welcome, Alex. And I'm so glad to see one of your orchids re-bloomed for you. 🎉 Congratulations.
You have beautiful plants! I love all your collection!
Beautiful collection. You can always do a reverse google search to identify the plant
Beautiful plants. There is always a cozy, heart-warmed feel to spaces with plants. Love your chair -- bravo! I would like one.
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful house decor and plant collection!

Son derece huzurlu dingin mutlu güzel bir ev bitkileriniz objeleriniz de harika 🌻🍀🌵
The alocasia love a ton of light as long as it's not straight afternoon sun. They can't hold onto more leaves without the energy for them, so you're inkling is correct! Hope it gets more leaves for you!
Ooh, good to know. Thank you!! 😊
Wow, what a beautiful tour. Thanks for sharing.
water with arber insecticide for mealy bugs as a secondary treatment to the alcohol spot treatment. they also help with gnats and i feel you might enjoy their esthetic. they are an organic option, which is always nice
Awesome! Thanks so much for the tip! 😊
Hi, Alex. I usually don't devote 49 minutes to a CZcams video but you are the exception. Not only are your plants lovely and thriving, your collectibles satisfy my aesthetic fascination. Two interests of mine in one fell swoop (plants and objects of interest.)
I see you wear shorts in winter. A nod to the attire here in San Antonio year 'round.
I have a large calathea prayer plant not thriving well this winter. Any tips?
Thank you! Shorts in winter….old habits die hard. But also, the pajama bottoms I usually wear are so old and torn that I’d be embarrassed if anyone saw them! 😂
Oops! Meant to ask about your prayer plant….does it dry out often? Mine has been tolerant of me not watering it as often as I should but I hear they generally don’t like that. If the leaves have crispy edges that might be the issue. I move mine around but right now it’s in a north facing window, so it seems they might like gentle light. Hope this helps!
@@alexdesignsstuff yes, crispy edges and leggy growth. It was lush but is now spindly. Thanks for the response. p.s. I love your collection of quirky objects, especially the little mushroom sculpture.
@@lose999 thank you! I love quirky things. I’d guess a possible way to help with leggy growth is moving your plant to brighter light. I wonder if a humidifier might help too. I’m thinking of getting one myself!
Subscribed immediately, such a beautiful plant collection and placements ❤🔥👍🏾👌🏾
Thank you so much!!
Hi just letting you know that amethyst can fade uder growlights as it does when positioned in direct sun
