- One of the really nice things about doing what we do for a living is getting the chance to become friends with other people in the business like Lance from @RESTORED-HOPE @TurninRust channel. He got a hold of us and wanted us to go pick up a 1940 Chevrolet COE pickup that he found that is local to us. So me and Tosh got the trailer hooked up and headed out on a 250 mile road trip to get the classic truck for them.

I just drove that same highway 2 weeks ago and saw the world's fair place and that new Buccees going in. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't open because I haven't been to one in years. Y'all's videos brought back some great memories of family trips from years past. Keep up the great content. I'm looking forward to your family vacation adventures in the old Dodge motorhome.

So you're a budding gun guy? I totally approve! In my experience, car guys are almost always gun guys, even though the two disciplines are totally different. My Dad was a gun guy so I learned it all my life, but my Dad didn't own any mechanics tools--he didn't know how to change plugs for example. So I had to learn about cars/repairs all on my own. Guns are inherently virtuous for good people. Continue, son.

Great truck! I've always wanted to find something inexpensive that looks decent and fix it up. This has so much character and anything from this era is made by the best generation that walked this planet. We owe it to them to save these works of art and save them for the next generation to understand and enjoy.
