@@sds1483 it went okay! my voice didn’t shake cause i drank water so this technique worked.but i still felt my heart beating excessively like i actually felt it beating out my mouth, something i notice if u speak low ur voice will shake so atleast have a medium tone while speaking.

And what do I do if people say my voice is to monotonous during the presentation? I guess it's because of stress(sometimes I'll be mixing words even only reading from the paper standing in the middle of the classroom,the fact that English is my second language doesn't make it easier at all😢)
