I was also suffering from this vision problem. My neurologist inject the steriod injec. & I got my vision back

First consult a neurologist,
He may suggest infusion of tysebri or ocrevus twice an year if it is severe. Otherwise there are many drugs to take like dmf, mmf, beta infusion etc.But it all depends on the diagnosis and type of ms u have.
