I have talked to few people who are in good of their health with MS.... MS is different for everyone... so stay positive that for your brother its not gonna be very bad... and this flare of not able to maintain balance will go off in some weeks... I have read that doing anulom vilom (yoga) and kapalbhati for 30-30 mins morning and evening have hood results.. do that... follow fb page of “Swank MS diet”... many people in that group claim that they have reversed their MS symptoms by following that diet. Look for “ overcoming multiple sclerosis by dr. Jelinks”... he is an Australian doctor who have MS and he claims that the diet suggested by him has reversed his MS... look for Dr. Wahls protocol... she too claims that she is in good health with MS... Try to maintain a good level of vitamin D Avoid bad fat(no junk food, no ghee, no fried) Avoid being in heat Eat fruits and vegetables Take rest Avoid stress And please do not worry... just pray... be hopeful. yes in MS there are brain lesions... but there are various other reasons of brain lesions not always MS.
