Thank you for that crisp and educative presentation but I want to point out that in internuclear ophthalmoplegia,the adducting (medical rectus and 3rd cranial subnucleus) of the other side is paralysed and the ipsilateral lateral rectus(6th nerve ) will have nystagmus due to the increased impulses
