so this is a true kind of “rating” of this i guess. so i tried it. i was really excited. but i dont have anything that measured in grams so i had to convert. but everything was pretty easy until i had to mix the eggs and nutella without a mixer. i ended up using a spoon. then i had trouble mixing the egg nutella mixture and the flour. i had to use my hands. i wanted to cry. anyway everything else was fine. i rate this 8/10
Ingredients: 200g Nutella (+ extra for filling) 1 large egg, room temperature 125g plain flour Chopped hazelnuts 1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan). 2) Whish together the Nutella and egg in a large bowl until combined. 3) Add the plain flour and mix to form a dough. 4) Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 5) Roll the dough into 1tbsp balls and place them on a baking tray. 6) Gently, use your finger or the handle of a mixing spoon to create a dent in the middle of each dough ball. 7) Bake for 7-8 minutes. 8) While still hot, press them down in the middle again. 9) Allow them to cool. 10) Pipe Nutella into the middle. 11) Store them in an airtight container. 12) Serve with chopped hazelnuts. 13) Enjoy!
