    Hey Ms Vickie, where does EVOO fit on the omega 3 scale & sunflower oil or even sunflower butter?

      Hi Kevin! Olive oil is mostly (75%) omega 9 which is a monounsaturated fat. It does have some Omega 3 (1%) and 6s (3%) with the remainder being saturated fat. Monounsaturated fats are not necessarily bad, but if you are trying to increase your omega 3s, olive is not a great source.
      Sunflower oil will vary depending on the brand. It is also high in omega 9 and low in omega 3 and 6s.
      If you are looking to improve your omega 3/6 ration, I would consider eating more of the foods I mentioned in the video or supplementing omega 3s.
