Curious about my build for this?
*** For weapons, I obviously used the Dancing Blade of Ranah, as well as a secondary Misericorde.
*** I wore the entire dancer's set (dancer's hood, dancer's dress, dancer's bracer, and dancer's trousers) for the extra damage when I dance; and it is a nice cosplay^-^
*** For talisman's I always had the blue dancer charm equipped to take advantage of the light equip load. For the other three talisman's, I rotated around the following talismans depending on situation: crimson amber medallion +3, millicent's prothesis, rotten winged sword insignia, blessed due talisman, green turtle talisman, ritual sword talisman, ritual shield talisman, red-feathered branchsword, and blue-feathered branchsword.
*** For stats, I am a Vagabond level 125. I have 60 vigor, 35 endurance, ~55-57 dexterity, 22 strength, and default everything else probably.

Awesome content! My favorite dlc weapon atm is Smithscript Cirque backhand blades, i like all the throwable weapons i think theyre awesome but now after watching this video will definitely give dancing blades a try :)
Found this after discovering how broken these weapons feel in PvE. Pairing this with Rotten Wing Sword Insignia, Millicent Prosthesis, Godskin Swaddling Cloth, and Alexander's Shard feels insane enough... but also adding the tear that heals on consecutive attacks and the one that boosts attack from consecutive attacks REALLY makes this shine brighter than Sellsword Twinblades did

@@Checkmating Hope it works out for you! It feels pretty solid against anything in the game, bosses of course are a bit sketchier since it’s a little odd to dodge out of the ash of war sometimes, but I’m sure you can figure out something great to do with them
Welp, since no one wants to answer, I guess I will. My favorite weapon is the 'Sword of Night' for its super cool ash of war; I'll probably have a video out soon showcasing it as well.
Mine is the Black knife. I like backstabbing people
Easily punished, the wait for the 'stance' is too long, the direction and distance is predictable, any slightly long weapon can combo it to death.

I feel like this ash is underrated and could be strong on the right build
I tried to make it semi optimal with both the millicent's prosthesis & rotten winged sword insignia. If the opponent isn't expecting it, it's gg.
@@Checkmating does it get any decent hyper armor and stagger. If it has the ability to quickly trade with people who do running attacks that be great
I dont think any start up hyper armor, but maybe a little when it's spinning. I have a clip of me enduring and then using it which worked. Also it definitely staggers.
@@CheckmatingI tried using them last night it's tough especially at the 125 meta levels. I usually get poked out of everything. No poise at all and I eat through my stamina. I found that if you do a run attack then start the dance hit 1x then r1 you will usually get the whole combo to connect. You can r1 pretty quick out of the dance. Usually only dance around players that try to pressure you to much but even then they usually have the poise to get 1 swing in.
@trainwood5157 nice profile pic lol, but yea spacing is very important with these. I recommend doing the mixup of running away and then jumping towards the opponent with a queued jump attack. Also having a hard swap running attack thrusting sword helps too. Unfortunately raw unending dance is not the most viable move :p
I was hoping to see if this thing shad any combos. Cause apparently the start of the L2 goes into an R1 well. Idk if it’s true or just a pseudo combo. Wanted to see if there could be some R2 into L2 E1 action. However even just holding L2 and letting it rip seems not too bad 😅
I apologize for only showcasing the spin to win aspect lol. Those other inputs seem like viable mixups at the very least tho. Also thanks for the comment:)
My favorite new weapon is the giants arm (colossal) it max out at like 220 bleed you can cause bleed with R1 so you dont have to have FP to get kill scales insane with arcane. Sent the last dlc boss into phase 2 with just two R1 lol then stagered them at bery beginning of phase2 with L2 lol,easy mode. I mean R2 actually.

How did you get bleed on them?
I don't think I did, I just have blood animations on I think. I don't think the weapon has bleed built in, but I could be wrong.
