Hey Dan, could make a video with shadow Alolan sandshrew ? I have a rank 10 and im having difficulty building a good team
Shadow alolan sandslash is incredible when it’s in a good supporting team, it’s difficult to build one since a few seasons ago when incinerate got buffed but I think having a licki safe swap would be a start, I don’t know about the 3rd though sorry
For a budget team, try Pelipper/mantine lead, Snorlax /licki safe, Alolan sandslash closer.
The aim is to lure out fighting with Snorlax/licki, so you can come back with Pelipper/ mantine and sweep with slash..there are better teams out there but thats a cheap one you can use that works
@@menandroplan1554 yeah I’d agree, pelipper, licki, shadow sandlash should work well (only issue would be if they have a fighting type at the back)
@@AusJoel13 thats the point of the licki to bait it out, but if they have 2 fighring types you would most likley lose anyways if running slash regardless of what else you team with it

Typhlosion is abit tough, but if a drill run or 2 can be built up mid-game somehow, then Ty should be simple
Nice vid Dan, man I need an altaria with good IVs. Currently running Azu, Ape and Sableye and doing well with it around 2350
Altaria is the reason quag is my only mud option in team building

I really feel sorry for Venusaur & Meganium. Vine Whip as a fast move is just not much threatening when it comes to farming energy nor dealing Damage. I think it time to add a new fast move for these two, Sunny Day, 2 turn Fire-Type fast move dealing 3 DMG & 9 ENG.
Strong coverage against Steel, Ice & Grass (Skarmory, Alolan Sandslash, Abomnasnow, Trevenant &,Registeel)
Neutral against Flying-Types
As for Water-Type, only threatening them with Frenzy Plant Charge Move while still generate energy really fast (farm up or down)
There is just too many Water-Type Pokemon in the current Meta. Need more Pokémon with Grass-Type charge move as coverage like Cresselia

You should never build a team just to counter one specific team
How have you played for this long and have dozens of videos analyzing moves and DPE yet you still throw the wrong charge moves all the time.
Happens to the best of us, none of us are perfect 100% of the time, especially with the extremely quick response time needed
Im running almost the same team but registeel over magnezone
Its a good team but you get omegapunished if you make one mistake.
