As a new player, not having any way to access a purified Sableye is very frustrating (no pun intended) in this meta.
I have a high ranked sableye.
It OK.
Just run a wishcash/quags and skarmory core.
Lickitung and shadow feraligatr are both also playable, although the feraligatr would make you a lil weak to electric
Sableye hits like a truck but you usually go down shields unless you’re punishing a deoxys or Medicham (now annihilape) safe swap. It started falling off when poliwrath and wiggles were buffed

13:36 trevenant, sableye, clodsire is my guess. Two answers to Annihilape (three if you count resisting), two answers to flyers (sableye can handle pretty much anything with energy advantage), trev operates as ghost and can also hit most things. Clod to handle flyers and steels. That’s my thought process at least
Sounds good yeah. Not sure about double ghost. But dark is missing hard

I am finding a lot of success in great league with Skarmory/Gligar, Jellicent, Wigglituff! Dont ask me why, but it’s proving super versatile and a nice put down to yet another Annihlape! Peace to all and nice work man!

I hate that the meta always has so many inaccessible pokemon, shadows that you can take frustration off of, XL’d mons that are already hard to find, or legendaries only obtainable through trade
its a spin on ye old azu double ghost but with clodsire lead and sableye safe swap and trev in the back. Ice leads would be tough but not too many powder snow users in the meta. My team kinda kills it tho so heres to hoping I run into you lol
I know that one of the other youtubers featured a team of S-Dragonair, Cresselia, and Basti. Right now I’ve gained around 250 elo from ~2050 to 2300 with that team with a 24/30. You have to try it

I hate Sableye teams. I have a solid IV one but not enough candy
Dan's "secret" team is Trev, Sableye SS, Clodsire.
Trev weak to fire, flying, and Clodsire can handle that.
Clodsire weak to ground and water, Trev resists that.
Sableye safeswap
Wigglytuff, a-ninetales and a-sandslash are some core breakers off the top of my head

Give me five viable counters to beat each of them that you can build viable teams around.
Skeledirge, sableye, mandibuzz, drifblim, scrafty, registeel, charjabug
What is supposedly a viable counter to which of the two mon I named? And drifblim is FAR from viable in any open meta.
@@TheRealMrAndrewcharjabug, registeel and skeledirge are all hard counters to those two Pokemon, especially if skarmory is running steel wing
