    Very interesting. How do you get the gudgeon pin out again, should you need to?

      We have a specially made bracing plate that we can use under a hydraulic press. And combined with a little localised hear on the little end they can be removed with no damage. Or more heat if the pistons are scrap.

    Just found you channel. Your installment jig, how far past center do you have the pin stop set?

      Hi there, it's adjustable so is set differently dependant on the set up. However it's roughly half the distance of the gap between the small end and the piston when the rod is hard over to one side.
