I think baryon mode Naruto, Borushiki, and majority of Kara will be dlc because if you think about it there isn't much else to sell as dlc if these characters make it in the launch roster. These characters will make the most $$
I'd like to see Boroshiki (Momoshiki controlling Boruto's body) as a DLC character

The Last Movie could be a Storm 3 type prologue, Storm 3's Prologue was Naruto's Parents. Storm Connections can start with Boruto's Dad (lol)
I feel like any new Story beats will be done like Generations and slideshow cutscenes from Storm 4.
I think Storm 5 will come out eventually and fully cover Boruto but this is good enough for now.
Toneri and shin are canon Naruto (non Boruto) characters . They should 100% be here

Exactly! Its crazy that Toneri isn't in it yet, they put every other character from that movie in, but not him.
Zetsu has shown plenty of moves in the show and manga. Just a few examples:
- The spore Jutsu he used against the Kage
- His white Zetsu clones
- He uses Wood Release and fights the Mizukage and her troops all night long
- His white Zetsu clones can turn into their opponents and copy their Jutsus
- He can phase through any surface
- Plus he has a giant flytrap that he uses to eat corpses
There’s no excuse to not make him playable. Not when we have Tobi, Rin, Kushina, Iruka and all those Jinchuriki
Also Spiral face Zetsu that was using wood release in the war arc. He should have definitely been playable.
And he has this earth dig jutsu like Kakashi

I really want to see more characters from OG Naruto in there like Anko, Kurenai, Shizune or the Oto Trio. Updated movesets for some OG characters would also be really cool (please CC2 give me Curse Mark Level 1 Sasuke as an awakening instead of Sharingan)
PTS Sasuke with Curse Mark 1 is still badass to this day. we absolutely need him as an awakening/char!

It would be interesting if they added Dosu, Zaku, and Kin, the three sound genin from the chunin exams and maybe Gaara when he was half Shukaku during the Orochimaru invasion.

Apart from Zetsu, anyone else wants *Sasori Hiruko* playable and finish Akatsuki as a whole? He would be such a UNIQUE character!

The only time I've seen Hiruko in a game was in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3, and he had an absolute broken moveset. You could just shoot out kunais and easily get a 40 hits and above combo.

honestly, this really improved my expectations, characterwise. This was honestly just relieving and gratifying, so i salute your tuesday mornings, globku-san.
I know its probably never gonna happen but i would LOVE a war arc dlc. Like the 7 ninja swordsmen, the kekkei genkai users. That shit held the essence of what got me excited as a kid watching the OG naruto series; that you could travel to different villages and encounter secret arts users or unique kekkei genkai like the dehydrating girl or the guy who could polarize you and assign you a magnetic force. That shit would be awesome (though id only hold my breath for maybe the 7 ninja swordsmen)

Fuck yeah, more shichininshu representation. I would propably prefer the new age ones, or at least kagura alongside bestgirls buntan and hebiichigo, but having all the old edo tensei seven swordsmen would be so sick as well, especially the ones who use swords we don't have in the game rn like kiba or kabutowari or hiramekarei (although I'd ratcher have kagura or chojuro for that) and the exploding one, as well as nuibari (actually if I think about it we only have samehada and kubikiribocho in this game so recounting the rest was useless haha)

i can't theorize too much about the characters BUT what I'm 90% sure of is that the "original story" will simply be the Indra/Asura backstory because if you re watch the trailer they have lines where they DIRECTLY speak to each other so I'm assuming this is dialogue taken from this story
I thought the same too, the "original story" might just be the filler episodes we got in shippuden that one time, it's hard to remember them since most people skipped filler but there was a pretty long arc with ashura's and indra's backstory.
If they do that then the game is really gonna feel like filler lmao. Likea, yeah kinda cool, but the boruto storyline would be more interesting and it would tie in nicely with the rest of the story

@@SliferStreaming If the point is that of new content will surely be created in the time it'll be actually released, yeah, sure, especially with the theory of a long ass for the future project that globku has. I am of the opinion that most of the game is probably already made though, most wouldn't release a game trailer without the base foundation of the game being released. Considering we basically have key moments of the story from all games and a big ass roster coming with more characters, I'd say all in all that'd be enough of a corporate decision to say "Yeah 70$'s justified tfym, lol." but to the fans it's just BS, especially since you can just get the games with said story mode right now either way and play through that BS, I just hope they're gonna do something proper with it at the end of the day, if balance patches are coming too then there's to hoping the game will actually be more competitive, seeing as they did a p good job on demon slayer, ultimately though, it's a storm game ig, most will jump on the bandwagon, play for like a month and then it'll probably die if it's the same thing as previous entries.
As long as they bring back Anko, Kurenai, and Shizune as playable characters im good. They were playable in the Ultimate Ninja games on the PS2, CC2 made those games too so it's weird how they went so many games without ever bringing them back. The 7 ninja swordsman GOTTA be playable too, like cmon now

Before an update, there were still several free fields in the char screen. these were then removed.
if you now look at these fields and overlap them with the invisible ones in the current one. it turns out that there are 14 fields that are unoccupied.
So maybe with Storm Connections we'll get 14 chars at launch?

I think toneri is a must, borushiki is probably gonna make it too imo, the 7 swordsmen would be cool plus they already got models because of the zabuza ult, i would also like sage mitsuki and the anime version of momoshiki
Yes, agreed! I don't mind movie momoshiki but his final anime form is incredible! Also sage mitsuki is a must have, at least as an awoken on a later mitsuki

Oh my god these are some fire suggestions! I think I'd prioritise swordsmen with swords we don't have in the game over others, so everyone aside from the samehada and kubikiri bocho users, and I'd also like some of the boruto ones over the ogs like kagura, hebiichigo and buntan, but having all the ogs together would also be amazing!
I didn't even think of kinkaku and ginkaku but they're an absolutely incredible Suggestion as well
Also, if we get chojuro and bestgirl kurotsutchi, I hope they get new age kage skins alongside darui so that we can have all of the new kage together!

My predictions for the launch roster is only 11 new characters just so I don't get my hopes up. Excluding the 2 characters we already know I think the rest will be Chojuro, Kurotsuchi, Kinkaku and Ginkaku (as one character), Toneri, new Mitsuki with sage mode, new Momoshiki with new awakening, Kawaki, adult Konohamaru, and adult Hanabi. Let me know if you would like to see these characters make it in.

Finally, someone else who wants adult hanabi. Only others characters I'd want are karma mode Boruto/kawaki, adult konohamaru obviously, Byron mode which is probably guaranteed.
I very much agree, having chojuro and kurotsutchi will mean we have all the new kage present, also kin gin and sage mode mitsuki are a must have and anime momoshiki and toneri are pretty important as well. The only thing I disagree on is adult hanabi who is already a skin in the game,i'd much rather have someone from her team like Tsubaki or Wasabi!

We NEEDA to get a skin of mitsuki and Orochimaru armor from mitsuki's backstory episode.
And a sage mode mitsuki. They down played him a lot in storm 4. Not even snake lightning smh.
You got me hyped, i honestly can't wait !! Im looking forward to seeing the new characters & im hoping for izuna though. they can grab his jutsu & ultimate from naruto blazing he had 2 forms !!
One thing they could easily do to clean up the character select screen. Just have one icon of the character and when you click expand to show a list of that characters other incarnations, choose the character, then skin and then jitsu/ultimate
they have the ability to make storm connections into something bigger. if they at the very least make a character creation for the story mode that you can use online or offline battle ... would be heavenly but that's asking for too much

I feel Hagoromo makes an obvious pick for base game release considering Indra and Ashura are already confirmed. Not only that, with them being confirmed, we can assume that there will be story mode scenes dedicated to them, which naturally introduces Hagoromo
Cleaning the roster and giving everyone alternate manga accurate colours (for moves as well, like a gold Rasengan) is something that I've been thinking about since I saw the mess that was the Storm 4 roster.
You should be able to pick a character, then in a sub menu choose the skin, the moveseat, and the ultimate.

Yeah, it's crazy that people don't realize that in the manga, Naruto's chakra is yellow. Not just Kurama's power but his actual chakra.

@@SliferStreaming You can chose the ultimate, but the skin was dependent on which version of the character you picked, and each version was in a different spot.
My point is that in this new game they should group everything about the a character in the same slot, so when you choose a character then you can pick a skin, a moveseat, and an ultimate.
Surprised of no mention of Toneri he's the main antagonist of The Last. And I think time skip Boruto and Kawaki could be in storm 3 and 4 was way ahead of the anime when it released
Honestly I think storm connections getting a Tekken character now would be just as good for cross promotion as it was for lars making it in nuns 2 with how big Tekken 8 is for namco. I don't claim to know what they should or shouldn't do but I would love to see that happen.
I think Ao is the perfect character that bridges the gap between Naruto and Boruto.

I think they should bring in all the missing characters people have been asking for ages, 7 swordsmen (could also just work as one character like Pain with Mangetsu as the leader), Anko, Kurenai, Ginkaku & Kinkaku etc. ... don´t know if I´d even buy the game if it´s just all new Boruto characters

those 14 you picked are well chosen but iwould add a few more and make it to 20 at least with the addition of: Cyborg Ao who bring unique and flashy cybernetics movesets, Kinkaku as a single unique character with the playstyle of Pain by being able to call on his brother in his movesets, a new Mitsuki that uses lightning style and sage mode, Delta is a must if we add Koji she must be part of the roster and lastly Manga/Anime design Momoshiki with ne movests (iwould also like to have updated movests for certain characters like Itachi, Jiraya and other from storm 2)

I wonder if they’ll add characters from the two new stories manga? Not really many to choose from, but the blind villain from sasukes story would be interesting, summoning Dino’s to help fight. Hell, even using the velociraptor as a joke character
Chars that would be cool to add:
Fugaku, girl with that blood dojutsu, some novel chars such as sasuke sarutobi and some legendary ninjas that never got screen time, obviously a lot of boruto chars, Toneri woud be cool and since you said Hagoromo I'd have to also go with his brother Hamura.
I think those chars would add a lot more hype to the game.
Guren, Sora, and Sakamo would be my top 3 fr.

The reason why it says 125 instead of 126 is because they forgot to add the other Naruto from shippuden with the different combo string(since there's the Storm 2 version and the one afterward) since they're pretty much the same character model just different combo and ults.
I just want a storm game with no online input delay 😭💯
I have a really genuine question. Has any heads at CC2 or Bandai reviewed your videos? We need big name streamers like yourself to voice these sort of things so that way good things like adding quite a few new characters to this game goes without saying! It’s like I’m expecting to be disappointed, but I feel that I have some optimism that this game with have longevity

●ALL the Ultimate and Story only characters aka 7 NINJA SWORDSMEN, Kinkaku/Ginkaku and Hyuga Clan head, hell even those Jonin that help Asuma😂...most likely missing someone
●ALL the boruto children we saw in the movie at least. ESPECIALLY Gaara's son
●And maybe if theyre feeling generous Momoshiki's new form as a costume cause I dont see them remaking him🤷♂️
To sum it up I need at LEAST 20 NEW LAUNCH characters to consider getting this and taking it seriously as a "new" game
They gonna make a lot of money so even if you don't buy it they still set. I'ma buy it on sale like 15 dollars or 25 at max

I hope they add characters that were overlooked in other Storm games:
- More leaf chunnins and jonnins like shizune, kurenai, anko, dan, izumo, kotetsu, hayate, genma, raido, aoba, ibiki, ebisu, etc
- A few more uchihas like kagami and izuna
- Characters' parents like fugaku, shikaku, choza, inochi, sakumo, dai, hiashi, hizashi, shibi, tsume, etc
- Some anbu ninjas like yugao, fu, torune, shin (sai's brother), zo, etc
- The other mist swordsmen like juzo, mangetsu, ameyuri, jinin, kushimaru, jinpachi, fuguki, raiga, etc
- Other otsutsukis: hagoromo, hamura, toneri, urashiki
- Ninjas were resurrected by kabuto in the fourth war: kinkaku, ginkaku, pakura, gari, chukichi
- The assistants of the Kages: akatsuchi, kurotsuchi, cee, chojuro and ao
- Sound ninjas who participated in the chunnin exam: zaku, dosu, kin, yoroi, misumi
- A few more of the former kages from other villages like the third kazekage
- Other ninjas from other villages like a karui, mabui, omoi, samui, motoi, baki, kitsuchi, dodai, chiriku, yahiko, ajisai, etc
- Ninjas from the movies: menma, doto, mizore, hiruko, fubuki nadare, muku, etc.
- Summons panel and android panel are playable separately from the main panel. As for the other three, I think they don't have such a great variety of powers to be playable
- It's okay that Zetsu wasn't specialized in combat and his function was more to collect information and spy, but the developers could be creative and invent some combos just so he wouldn't be the only member of akatsuki to be left out
I would like skins for all of the kage... actually if I think about it some of them aren't in the game, I'd love if gaara and darui got kage skins, but also adding chojuro and kurotsutchi would be sick, hiramekarei is such a cool sword and I'm absolutely OBSESSED with kurotsutchi for... various reasons. I think the new age kage definitely deserve to be on the roster!
I want EVERY SINGLE, costume to EVER BE in the storm series. Story mode character variations, and dlc COSTUMES. I NEEEEEED it.
I didn’t like that side characters got skins but not a full move set Naruto and sasuke has 12 versions and last with boruto versions

Dont even get me STARTED on all the character thats need NEW movesets like
1.War Arc Konoha 9, I mean they got new team ultimates...where are their singluar new ultimates...
2. Taka...my GOD do they feel so BAREBONES even when they should be Naruto's Generation of Sanin. At least a team ultimate with Sasuke. They straight up had the perfect opportunity since they have the most ICONIC team fight with Bee...but NOPE CC2 was like NAH
3. Speaking of Sanin bring back their old Jutsus and Ultimates cause the current ones are sooo Laaaaame. They did that to help Online but honestly that doesnt even matter anymore considering the scale of ultimstes since storm 3😭

Honestly globku I have at least 3 requests and only 2 need to happen: fleshed out cutscenes for story, Lars back in the game, and just 10 characters that are new
With Ashura and Indra already confirmed, I am almost certain Hagoromo will also be in the game. Also, Toneri seems like a great pick. I don't think we'll be getting Zetsu and Shikadai
We might also be getting some Storm 1-exclusive characters, such as the old versions of Kakashi, the Sannin and Kabuto. Lastly, characters like Mitsuri might be getting new awakenings or awakening actions.

Sick Taijutsu potential. Dude wat? Lmao to each his own but he ain't no throwaway if hagoromo is present. They literally based Ashura and Indra off of filler which included Hamura and Hagoromo.

At least with Hamura we might FINALLY get a NEW moveset involving Gentle Fist and Byagukan cause Indra and Ashura just seem like Naruto and Sasuke reskins tbvh😭
Hoping for new movesets for many characters. All the support character to be playable. More characters from OG Naruto in the rooster (Ao, Ibuki, Ebisu, Genma, and so on). Hella new team ultimate especially Taka, Kisame & Itachi, and the five Kage from the war.
Also we should have that clash when all characters use they're jutsu or they're awakening mode, just like the naruto and boruto series and movies
I think Kurotsuchi and Chojuro have a good chance. Generations and Revolutions both added kage characters and this time there’s only two they need to add to have a complete set.

Globku you seem to be unaware of how the movesets in the storm games are made
For characters like shisui who never seen fighting they directly talk with kishimoto for how they would move and fight in the game
Kishimoto had ALOT to do in the production of the games
Helping with combos and adding dialouge to scenes
As well as writing the original game animated scenes(like the akatsuki creation arc)
So any character you can think off that isnt shown fighting(like hagoromo hamura ashura and indra) will have a canonical moveset made by kishimoto
Actually you're wrong. Ashura and Indra have a filler moveset.
They got all their movesets from the filler in the anime. Hence Ashura using rasengan and wood style.
Indra having Sasukes MS and susanno. Thats all filler. The Akatsuke creation was also filler as it contradicts the manga.

While there's history about 14 character added to the games, i have high copium we get 15 so the character i think we will get is:
1. Ashura.
2. Indra
these 2 already in the trailer so very obvious.
3. Hagoromo ( honestly missed opportunity to not include him back then and i have high suspicious that they are going to adapt Hagoromo/Ashura filler arc with hopefully their own flair since that filler is not faithfull to the manga )
4. Hamura/Toneri ( i think Hamura has chance to be added if they going to add Hagoromo, but Toneri is more likely ).
5. Menma ( he's actually highly requested or at least was in many people wishlist so finger crossed for him )
6. Baryon Naruto ( i personally don't want him unless we got a story mode featuring him, but eh maybe we will got him )
7. Isshiki/Jigen ( not sure if Isshiki will be Jigen awakening or seperate character ).
8. Kawaki ( another no brainer character to be added to this roster ).
9. Izuna ( i don't think he has a chance but i just going to add him here anyway ).
10. Adult Konohamaru ( another missed opportunity back in the Boruto DLC ).
The rest here is me spitballing them without reason so here we go:
11. Shin Uchiha
12. Prime Hiruzen
13. Sakumo
14. Fugaku/Kurenai/Anko
15. Delta.
Toneri is a sorely missing as well. They added in 3 The Last Skins and 2 characters but thought, "Nah, we don't need to add the MAIN VILLAIN of The Last despite him being a canon character". Not to mention he's unique by being the ONLY character to use the Tenseigan on screen. And he's only the 2nd person we know of to have ever used the Tenseigan.
E X A C T L Y. Seriously what were they THINKING back then. The fact they gave us The Last Sasuke...who appeared for like all of 5 SECONDS but still managed to SCRAPE together a moveset for him but NO TONERI who had WAAAY more than enough for a full moveset is CRIMINAL😭🤦♂️.
Not to mention was the MAIN VILLAIN and probably the most interesting of the Otsutsuki's so far. He's essentially the Indra and Ashura for Hamura

I would really like to see movie characters in, whenever a new storm was announced I thought about the possibility of the Menma to be in the game. But something I really would like to see would be an update on the other "genins" of Konoha, like Ino, Shikamaru, Lee, etc. See them with new moves and ultimates at least for their Boruto versions.
I will still buy the game, because I'm a stupid fan lol, but I do hope the game feels different in some way. It would be nice if older characters get some updated move sets like an extra combo or something, but overall the actual gameplay is hopefully new in some way.
I'm pretty sure they will use most of the support characters from Storm Revolution.
The Sand Four were support but now they are DLC characters, we still have Cee, Kurotsuchi, Akatsuchi, Ao, Chojuro, Foo, Torune, Kurenai, Anko and Shizune

I think Toneri from the Last is a good one, going with the pack theme, they could very well make a swordsmen of the mist pack with all the ones that were reanimated during the war, and maybe even go a little wild with it and have them in their prime, like have Mangetsu use all 7 swords simultaneously, I hope they revamp characters like Itachi reanimation to make them a bit more unique, I don't know how I never noticed he was the exact same, and more than all of that, I want a very specific function, an option to pick awakening, like I hate the perfect Susanoo on Itachi and Shisui let me have the half body one, or Sasuke's half body Susanoo instead of full body, let me use Naruto with the sage art barrage ultimate with the six tails awakening, so on and so forth, also the 3 tails Mecha Naruto was dope, let me use that instead of Mecha Kurama
Three tail Mecha Naruto was dope. The only way I'm playing that character is if they bring it back. I think instant awakenings should return with some conditions or make awakening last the round instead of a short time limit.

Honestly I just wished we would have a different system.
Like instead of having 6 narutos, you have one, then you choose your special attacks and which awakening you want (if you want KCM2, SPSM, Kurama etc..), and also chose which jutsus you want to use.
Edit: and obviously kid Naruto as a separate character and adult also separated

Tbh when I first saw this game I imagined it as something completely different. Like maybe fitting all 4 games into one big story mode. Telling a lot of it how it was done but redoing/remaining the fights and scenes from Storm 1. Maybe adding in extra content based off extra reading material or even filler.
Just doing everything from Part 1 Naruto to Boruto where the movie ends. Though I would have been there for having more boruto content based on where it is now to give Naruto his new transformation, Kiwaki, other villains like the cyborgs and all of that maybe to the time skip.
Now that would be a mega worthy game just brimming with content. Some you played before and a good number redone or reimagined. Like how cool would it be if they actually animated and did stuff with scenes that were just edited still images from Storm 4 and maybe tighten the mechanics for each part of the series you are in.
There's one character that i would like for us to have since it is weird we didn't receive him yet, and it would open up the door for the best character designs. Toneri Otsutsuki. WHY DON'T WE HAVE HIM ALREADY??? We got The Last skins on the game's launch. If he comes, he would have a really cool moveset, and he would (hopefully) bring more The Last skins for the remaining characters (Sasuke Shinden, Kakashi 6th Hokage, Tenten, Lee, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, Sai, Kiba, Shino, Gaara, Kankuro and Temari)

I hope this game is what i imagined the Ninja World Timeline to be in Storm 3. There you could replay old fights of the series but they didn't bother adding the old Bossfights from storm 1+2. They were just normal fights against the former bosses. Having the entire series' story playable in a single game would be incredible, even though i already played all the previous games. This would further solidify the storm games as a great way of experiencing the story of Naruto, if reading 700 chapter of Manga or watching 700+ episodes of anime with a lot of filler aren't your kinda thing. I would still always recommend the manga and watching certain keyscenes in the anime, but to each their own. Not all that excited for all the Boruto nonsense but maybe some Toneri action or Baryon Mode or something along those lines. They definitely won't bring back the fourth combo since the initial reason for removing it was most likely the giant roster with some character already struggling to get enough material for 3 combos and all the rest of the moveset. Maybe they wil touch up some older stuff or turn something into bosses. The version of Kakashi vs Obito from the anime is too glorious to not be a QTE of some sorts, or a battle against the alliance as Madara just cutting some dudes up. Let's just wait i guess.

Glad you mantioned Anko and Kurenai, but Shizune deserves her spot too. I would love to see her and Tonton doing moves like Akamaru of Kiba.
I really want to see some movie villains like Menma Uzumaki, shinno, toneri,muku, ect. Also, character variations like Cresent moon team seven along side nunchuku Rock Lee
