It's of note that in this video there are two AIs at play:
NovelAI is writing the story, like in the previous AI invasion videos, but the character of King George is written by ChatGPT.
The two AIs have different strong suits, which is why they're used for different tasks in this video, but ChatGPT is usually better at writing coherent texts, especially with advancements over the last year.
The dialogue of King George shouldn't be compared to the AI invasions, but rather the Pajama Sam video, where Sam is also written by ChatGPT.
Even then, King George does sound a lot more coherent, and doesn't get more and more crazy over time, like Sam did, which is just because ChatGPT's models have actually improved a lot.

No, it was actually an AI TTS voice. Doug made it using ElevenLabs, where you can give an AI voice lines to imitate and make a TTS voice with. Doug basically just tried imitating a british guy, maybe added some voice changer effects, and maybe some voice lines of other people, which were all mixed together to create King George. If you remember, you saw this entire process at the start of the Pajama Sam video, where Doug first had to create Sam's voice.

Also Sam was litterly written to get more insane as he gone on that was one of the rules
@@lop90ful1It wasn’t necessarily written to become more insane, it was the temperature setting on the ai which made it too creative and incoherent. Doug didn’t realize or change it until after the stream so Sam just kept going insane every time.

@@lop90ful1 Surprisingly no, I’ve even checked the vod of it just to be sure. Sam going insane was never a rule in place. In the 2023 awards show that he did there was a part of it where he said it was the reason was the temperature. I can link the vid for you if you want.

depending on the specific service ai is actually scary good. like the open ai programm is just a copy of the sourcecode and companies and private people can do whatever they want with it. so an ai is as good as the people who trained it are. and it depends on what purpose you train it for. funnily enough the best ai next to chat gtp are usually porn related because those are the most used
AI got that much better. It was the best seen at Rosa's birthday when they were playing that fish game. With pijama Sam, challenge was not to break it so it can complete. With this one at some point they were trying to break it on purpose for few hours and it was still fully coherent

King george is an ai that dougdoug has created although he did not create a script for it howecer he did give it several personality traits that would lead it into saying things that its traits lean off of

Also, this isn't actually the first time Doug used an AI version of a war general to fight Chat, as he previously made an AI Napoleon cheat at Chess.

For the record, West Virginia did not split from Virginia to get "extra voting" before the Civil War. They split from Virginia AFTER the war started, because they opposed secession and wanted to remain in the Union.
You might be confusing the split of Virginia with the split of Dakota, which WAS done because the Republican Party wanted extra votes in the Senate.

Novel AI is just... Not that coherent, ChatGPT is much better. Also, at one point you could see some of ChatGPT's custom instructions. It was quite literally told to be insane.
