I was on the Extra Place Matched during Cheltenham even like 10 mins before races and the matches were terrible; a lot of people on the Odssmonkey forums were complaining about how poor Cheltenham was this year. Did you get on anything apart from ditching the field and was that because you took lower % matches than you usually would?

Hiya, thx for the video. Your spreadsheet shows an ideal stake but the actual stake you've used is very different. Can you quickly indicate why you've changed this. Again brilliant video.

Wow that's an amazing profit for one race! That's how much I made for the whole festival 😂 I'd love to be able to do it but it looks complicated and I'd be worried about making a mistake and losing a lot of money 🙈
It can certainly be a complicated process Mark, I essentially taught myself how to do this based on everything that I've learned about how markets work etc over the last few years, 1k profit total is still an impressive number though mate, well done!
@@ProfitPineapple For my first attempt at extra places I was very happy 😄 The first 2 days wasn't going well but on Thurs and Friday my luck changed I had 6 extra places come in and £160 on a BOG 😃 Hopefully I'll still have accounts for next year. Grand National in 2 weeks, I don't think it's as good as Cheltenham but still opportunities I'm told 👍

so u had 3k in that particular account. Is that money you deposited or what you'd somehow built up from much less? And when you came to withdrawing, did they try and perform a trespass upon thee? aka attempt to shatter all data protection laws in demanding bank statements?

A nice festival for you then by the looks of things aha. My fred's account was fully closed on the 2nd day and then I lost sky on tuesday morning, but still managed a few hundred over the festival.

Hi Peter, that sounds like a nightmare having 2 gubbings in the biggest week of the year! All in all, I had a good festival which concluded in a really frustrating final day with lots of the favourites winning their races, but overall I have no complaints!
@@ProfitPineapple It was frustrating at times, day 1 was my most frustrating ahaha. Glad you had a good festival. I'm literally down to Paddy and BFSB now, realistically the value is slim now. I've had a good 9 months at it and about 6 or 7 grand, I can't complain.

These races are rare and only come about at all the big festivals. Just to let people know.
in my experience there are usually a few races a month that I am able to get on for a fully guaranteed profit, there are also other races that may not necessarily provide a guaranteed profit as there may be a slight downside on the favourite but they still have a long term positive expected value. The best opportunities do tend to pop up at big festivals with the bookies going all out with the number of places they offer making it super easy to profit

I have tried your method at the big bookmaker site. Unfortunately i couldn't find profitabel matches . Always the minimum and a maximum profit are red. how do you find right match which you can make any profit?
Can you make a living form match betting?
Making a substantial living from Matched Betting can be done, however it will likely become an increasingly challenging process getting your hands on more and more accounts after the bookies continue to gub your accounts. For this reason, most people are happy to settle for making around £1k per month
