RECIPES
Banh Mi Glaze
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp minced ginger
1/2 tbsp corn starch + 1/2 tbsp water
(Combine all except corn starch and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, now add corn starch + water mix and simmer until a thick glaze is formed)
Pasta Sauce
1 cup cashew nuts
1 1/2 cup plant milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp sea salt
(Mix it all in a high speed blender. If your blender has less than 900W, boil the cashew nuts first for 5 minutes and then drain to easier blend)
Sesame Stir Fry Sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
(Mix it all up and add to the wok)
Buddha Sweet Potato
Roasted chickpeas with salt, cumin and chili powder
Dressing:
2 tbsp tabini
1 tbsp lemon juice
Water until it’s thin
Sweet Potato Chocolate Pudding
2 sweet potatoes (soft)
3/4 cup plant milk
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea sal

I tried the pasta sauce not sure why it's too thick, could it be overcooked, not blend enough, too much cashews or should I add more milk? 🤷
But the taste is still very yummy, just want to make the sauce thinner....
Next time just add a little bit more milk or water;)

Not to sound mean but that is absolute peasant/slave food!
Can't believe people in the developed world pay big money to malnourish themselves, while people in the third world would only eat that kind of food if they were truly starving. I used to eat a lot of veggies and fruits back in the day and almost all of my digestive issues, bloating and inflammation went away as I removed them, one at a time.
Plus, a diet like that will raise blood-sugar and insulin, cause digestive disorders and mental issues in the long run.
