There's a lot of great fighters. In my opinion Jones is the greatest. His all around skills as a fighter and the list of great fighters he's beaten is just remarkable.

Prime Khabib surpasses any version of Jones. Jones in his prime needed PEDS and used eye pokes and dirty tactics and still lost rounds. Khabib dominated his opponents without PEDS or dirty tactics and lost 1 questionable round his entire career.

If Jones fought someone like Tyson Fury or even Francis Ngannou, Jones would take them down (while making it look easy) and then they'd be lost, 'cause while I've always said, "Wrestling is taking the fight to the ground and learning to control your opponent, Jiu Jitsu is fighting when you're on the ground," and the problem with anyone beating Jones is that... if they're getting the better of him on their feet, despite how badass they are, they wouldn't also get the better of him on the ground. And Jones is sharp enough to take it to the ground if he feels vulnerable standing. And that's why he's the greatest combat FIGHTER ever.
