I love really love this song from the little bit I heard here. Radiohead is my favorite band and the always use Neil so I’m going to find the entire album. Had a gut feeling and your comment just nailed it!

I went to a fantastic punk gig in York at the weekend - Smalltown Tigers from Italy, who have a new album out. Anyone who likes a rowdy 1977 flavour to their punk should give them a listen - they deserve to be much bigger than they are.

I can’t stop listening to Pop Pop Pop, and Roy. The brilliant Nigel Godrich worked on the album. Apparently Chris Martin was not only cool with the video, but helped make it.

IDLES had a recent LCD Soundsystem collaboration too (on the song "Dancer"). Certainly could be an influence.
In music the opposite of staccato is legato. JHRA opening theme tune could be played in staccato, and a closing version played in legato might give the JHRA video a sense of closure. Elizabeth line is not actually a tube line, it uses trains designed for longer journeys. With no first class option, might be sensible to take a taxi. With Tangk leading the UK album chart midweek, it will be intriguing to see whether the Idles get to number one at the end of the week.

That’s probably Nigel Godrich’s influence. He’s a genius artist in his own right. The sixth member of Radiohead.. and he’s made brilliant albums with Beck and others, always works with interesting artists and bands and manages to elevate even the best of them.

Chris Martin actually came into the studio and allowed them to record his face singing the lyrics so that they could use AI to mashup with the old video. Not a fan, but that's pretty cool of him.
I heard that the original 'yellow' video was different, but the mother of coldplay's drummer died so they filmed on the beach instead.
