I'm an audio only listener. This episode i listened to the NBA/Zuc segment and the blast segment. But I couldn't care less for sets anyway. Was a short episode :(
The lion set is probably inspired by berserk. The head referencing nosferatu zodd and the berserk mark on the forehead of the goats head

Coming in as an audio listener, I enjoyed the cosmetics segment. I've already seen some of the sets discussed, allowing me to enjoy the discussion on those (i imagine) more or less as much as I would watching.
As for the rest of the sets, both piecing together and envisioning their looks from your descriptions and going into the game to find them later and think back to the podcast were fun for me, so being audio only really didn't lessen the experience for me at all.

That's why I love OKC so much right now (despite being a lifetime Bulls fan) because they don't really subscribe to the 3-heavy offense. I mean, they'll take 3s if it's available, but they prioritize moving the ball like a damn college team, and have this dynamic pick n roll offense that they run among their backcourt players that's quite unique, while loving to drive to the hoop (I think they're 1st or 2nd this year in pts. scored off drives).
Love the new format. N its always good to have the episodes. Wouldnt mind more player interviews if possible

Am audio only NBA fan, episode was perfect as the NBA segment filled my commute which kept me entertained then the talk about sets served as white noise while I made dinner and it didn't matter if I stopped listening for chunks at a time

I like listening to your description and later run through the youtube video to see how far I was with my imaginations. Similar to reading a book, visualising stuff and then seeing it in a tv show/movie.

Gulab Jamun (sp?) is an indian dessert thats like a little filled doughnut usually served in some sweet sauce. Tbh I think they are dates because that has more meaning in the culture afaik but I could be wrong.

I love this podcast and listen to it mostly when I travel to and fro from work; Really enjoyed the NBA segment and absolutely hated the set rating.
15:00 but the Wolves were #1 in the West at the All-Star break. You make it sound like Minnesota has suddenly surged because they play strong defense when they've actually been in 1st place the most out of any West team this season.

As a video watcher, the set stuff becomes unwatchable, so much time is dedicated to descriptions that surely won't capture the sets appearance for audio listeners, and makes for uninteresting conversation. I'd rather the sections were cut altogether, or if you really want to keep them, then ignore the audio listeners.

Yeah completely agreed. This episode was painful. I feel what they did with these audio descriptions is make things unwatchable for video viewers and still boring as hell for audio listeners.

Super disagree with most Dota set choices you made, liked others more. Only 4 or 5 you suggested are ones I liked. The Nyx set might be the best set of all of them I think.
