In my country going to the dermatologist is so expensive too. I had to go to so many of them for so long (almost 3 years) because of my acne and hair shedding but none of them did anything but just made me to pay thousands of money. And finally I went to a women specialist for my painful cramps and she told me that I have PCOD and that was the reason for my acne and hair shedding. I think when it comes to acne or hair, it means something is happening inside of us but dermatologists just work on our outside and give us some skin care creams and serumes that most of the time are just some sort of temporary solution.

So glad you decided to go see a dermatologist for your acne. I suffered from acne all my life and none of the over counter creams/stuff actually ever worked for me. I have been on dermatologist prescribed spirunolactone and differin for last 2 years, clear skin all the way 😀
these times are really hard for immigrants, i’m from the uk (living in the us) and i haven’t seen my family in over two years. it’s hard, but i keep hope that we’ll all be reunited (safely!!!) soon!
i also just wanted to let you know that some of the audio was a little off when listening with headphones. when you were speaking about your skincare, the audio only came out through the left headphone, and the audio while you were speaking about mother’s day was quite muffled. just wanted to let you know!!

Hi Lily you are so sweet... it took me a long time to learn that you have to get to the point that you separate yourself from your emotions... emotions will hold you hostage... when you start yoga work hard on your inner strength ... so you don’t have to rely on anyone else for comfort or happiness... you have a lot going for you... 💗 Audible has a lot of book options to learn about emotions and meditations... hope this helps.. 💕🏝

He and his wife with my grandson live back here in San Antonio. My now daughter in law was in your place they had just barely started dating. When he went through Basic Training! She made it!!! First of all, I can imagine how it feels not seeing your mom or your boyfriend and it must be so hard! But keep the positive vibes! I´m sure time will pass quickly and you´ll be able to be surrounded by all the people you love.
And I´ve to say this: OMG!! I can´t believe how expensive medicine is in the US. In Argentina, I´d pay 25 USD for all those products if I didn´t have health insurance (with insurance that would cost me 15 USD). It´s so crazy!!

I know they are some pharmacies that offer coupons for medication that isn’t covered. And I always ask my derm to prescribe the generic or cheaper version of the same medication because it can be super expensive!

@@Lilylikecom Hi, first of all, I love your videos but pharmacist here and I used to work at a retail pharmacy where a lot of dermatology products especially are expensive/not covered by insurance. At my pharmacy patients would use GoodRx without insurance for dermatology products and sometimes have luck! Best wishes

I tried to search your products and here are some links that hopefully will make the refills less expensive! www.goodrx.com/adapalene-benzoyl-peroxide/what-is#images www.goodrx.com/sulfacetamide the medications you have are already the generic versions, but you could also go with the brand name and go to the brand's specific website and they usually have a manufacture coupon for one month free. GoodRx and these manufacture coupons are also free of charge to use (seriously we saw them so often) but since pharmacies sometimes lose money when customers use these cards it's helpful to first call your pharmacy to see if they accept GoodRx. I hope Lily finds this comment as well as any other people out there!
I’m the same with acne 🥲 I’m 29 and I finally had insurance to go to a dermatologist. I got the same cream as you so be careful because it’s very very dying. I had to give my face three day rest from it because it started peeling and it was painful to even wash my face.

Why you haven't decided to take Accutane? It is the best solution for acne for sure, I think it is better than taking antibiotics that can affect your gut system for the worst.. I've also struggled with acne for years and I was scared of taking Accutane but the effect on me was like it restarted my skin and now I'm 5 years after Accutane and my skin stayed in good condition, I'm only struggling with blackheads and I use Adapalene for that
My doctor recommended against accutane , since it’s even more damaging to the body than doxy. So far it’s working very well :)

This is a difficult time for you. You shared that Sebbie gets calls based on the teams performance. He only got one call this means his team is not doing so well. He might have needed his mommy. Some problems just need a mothers comfort. I also havnt seen my mom since 2018(we are oceans apart). It is tough, but hard seasons do not last. All this will be a memory and you will smile again.

Why don’t you try accutane/Roaccutane the formula is called isotretinoin. It’ll change your life !! I did accutane for nine months and my skin looks very healthy. I don’t wear foundation anymore.
I trust my dermatologist and his recommendations! Also roaccutane is soooo intense for your body, I don’t want to do it if it’s not absolutely necessarily. And it’s not for me. Glad it worked for you though! ❤️

That’s terrible to hear, I’m sorry you haven’t seen your mom. I personally find solace in sharing my story online with people in similar situations. I think we can all find support in different ways, no need to judge people for that.
Also, comparing relationships is so arbitrary, especially in difficult situations. Everybody copes with loss, stress, emotions differently. You just can’t make assumptions based on that.
