Could the dye have rinsed out from using a detoxifying shampoo rather than a color safe one? I’m not familiar with physically using Ouai’s shampoo and conditioner line, but I do know their other products are great and ppl seem to like their hair care products too. So again, I’m not too sure if their detox shampoo is okay/safe for color treated hair, but it seems rather intense for freshly done hair!! 😣☹️ BUT! I think it was actually a blessing in disguise because your new color is GORGEOUS on you. STUNNING. 👏🏻 👏🏻 Well done Jacob!
It suits you soooo well. Ive always been curious to see how an ashy/mocha deeper type of brunette shade would look on you, but I think this color will forever be reigning champ. 🤍

The detox shampoo is definitely not the best for color, but we worried it would be a little too intense, so it worked out pretty perfectly haha! Also sending you all the love and strength. Honestly I can’t imagine how strong you are taking care of yourself and your home regardless of what life throws your way. ❤️
