I go to bars by myself all the time.i get asked why am I alone. I'm just living my best life I meet so many people that way I love it! I can flow the way I need to flow with no restrictions and you dont have to do everything with someone.

I've had a similar experience... I've always wanted to try new things but never found people willing to be brave with me and tag along, and I let that restrict me for far too long. At some point I really wanted to take dance lessons, especially tango, but none of my friends were up for it, declaring themselves shy and awkward. So it eventually came down to breaking this bad cycle of fear and timidity and... I just went for it. I was scared, but fulfilling my poential and personal dreams was finally more important than anything. And it really paid up! Not only did I start feeling better, more uncomplished, and occasionally unstoppable, but now I do all sorts of things alone: go to the movies, have a coffee or a dessert, shop, etc. So, I never feel now as if I don't have a life or even abandonned whenever others have plans that don't include me, I just do my thing. Very liberating, totally recomend, lol!
Maria Koliou doing things alone is great! Some years ago I never thought I’d find myself having a drink or dinner out alone, and I usually only do it when I travel but it feels normal and I enjoy it! Shopping I have to do it alone, people stress me out 😂

I love your natural hair! Can you show more of the blow dry process? Do you just scrunch and blow down until dry? Do you start when your hair is wet or 1/2 dry? Do you ever just air dry it?

Have you ever tried a diffuser for blow drying your hair? I have curly hair & diffuse sometimes and its amazing. It will help with forming more waves and volume as well
