I agree. I used to hate dh bikes. But now since I got enough single crown bikes. Iâm picking one up, cuz you donât even need to be moving to look like a badass....and even if ur slow, you look fast
Depends how far you have to travel for a down hill area because trail tracks are a dime and a dozen lol yet they do crazy fast through trees hate to imagine one wrong blink and bang into a tree lol
If your doing red bull the bike on the right is built for that shit lol đ take a trail bike on a rampage track and will damage the frame maybe even snap the girl in half
i think blake did good while the other blake messed up and blake was a good adjudicater.

Amazing downhill bike but unfortunately Iâm a HS student and I only made 4000$ working all last year, and a lot went to gas and other things rip. Gotta save but by the time I get enough money hoverbikes gonna be the new thing

Hey guys i'm pakistan after watching alots of famiyo and others i think i found my self like a pro cyclist i don't know to much about which bike is good but one thing after watching all this downhill bike amazing same i have no money right now but hope i can earn it through some way
@@gmbn would be nice to see some more affordable bikes on you channel, XC hardtails maybe. Much you ride seems to be expensive, ask brands for cheaper bikes to review/use something most of us can afford, not just the very lucky few ..

The brake test was just to see who had the knobbiest tires with the most grip.
@@moa-wg3bo well technically, with the same caliper size and lever pressure, the 200mm will have more stopping power because of how torque works out for it. It is a little irrelevant though because you can add braking force very easily with hydraulic brakes because of the force multiplication due to difference in piston size
The math being:
t = Frsin(theta)
In this case, theta is 0 so t = Fr where F is force applied by the caliper in Newtons and r is the radius of the rotor in meters
radii:
0.180m/2 = 0.090m
0.200m/2 = 0.100m
So the torques come out to be 0.090F vs 0.100F N*m for 180mm rotor vs. 200mm rotor. This assumption of constant caliper force only works in this example since Blake specifically states both bikes have the same brake systems except for rotor size.

Jaskaran Singh Blakeâs bike was pretty much enduro (170-160mil travel) they should have used like a 130-140 or 150-160mil trail bike
It's pretty much a tie in the case of this video. He cased the first jump on the Dh but blames the bike. That's rider error

Jay G Enduro bikes are generally 160-170mm travel. Trail is like 130-140mm travel. All mountain is the middle ground 140-150mm.
Though Enduro is pretty much all mountain but with racing in the mix.
Yes it is blurry and quite messy with the classifications now.

As far as the results of the test it wasn't surprising as trail bikes are designed to be better all rounders and goes to show you that it depends on what type of conditions as to what bicycle is best.
