- Hello friends, in this video i'll be making a self-squaring farme clamp. This is a very easy to make and very usefull tool for your workshop. Hope to like it.

Wspaniały pomysł, doskonałe narzędzie i to DiY!!! Zachwyca prostotą i skutecznością. Jeśli ktoś choć trochę zna geometrię będzie wiedział, że to narzędzie NIE MOŻE ustawić innego kąta niż 90 stopni. W dodatku naprawdę proste do samodzielnego wykonania i to bez jakichś cudownych narzędzi.
Brawo! Zapamiętuję to rozwiązanie do samodzielnego wykonania i stałego użytkowania.

Dude this an awesome little clamping jig...I loved it and wanted to try it out, I made it, its in a rough cut but works as you have it on your video and I was right even tho it claims to be self-squaring they aren't. But will continue to use it was it only requires 1 clamp

Hi there. Just one small mod please. When cutting the dark hardwood blocks and after cutting the corner out. Reset the stop so that the block is an upside down V slightly offset to centre and take maybe a 3mm cut, flip the block and cut again. This would help to prevent damage to the exterior corners by giving clearance for the frame to sit into. Well done for a great video from England.
Or drill a small hole at the apex of the cutout to give the glue squeeze out someplace to go. And coat everything with pastewax to prevent the frame from gluing itself to the parts of the jig. Otherwise, a nice simple jig.

Pretty nice design. The only thing that I would do Is make sire that all parts are sealed with a sealer and finished with a good thick coating of paste wax so you don't have to worry about glue squeeze-out.
And use parchment paper to be nice and neat.
