BISTEC RANCHERO INGREDIENTS:
► 1 1/2 lb beef chuck meat
► 3 garlic cloves
► 1/4 small white onion
► 1 jalapeño
► 2 tbsp flour
► 3 Roma Tomatoes
► 2 tsp chicken bouillon
► 2 small potatoes
► Bunch of cilantro
► Salt and Pepper to taste
