These tacos are simple yet so delicious, packed with flavor and topped with salsita verde and crema Mexicana 😋 This is my comfort dish whenever I'm feeling nostalgic. Each crunchy bite takes me straight back to my mom's kitchen 🥰
TACOS DE PAPA CON CHORIZO INGREDIENTS:
► 3 small potatoes
► 10 oz chorizo
► Corn tortillas
► Salsa verde
► Crema Mexicana
► Queso fresco
