✅Ingredients
BREAD DOUGH:
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons salted butter, softened
• 1 large egg
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
CINNAMON SUGAR:
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
CARAMEL SAUCE:
• ¾ cup butter
• 1 ½ cups brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:17 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs. Add in 2 1/2 cups of flour. Using a dough hook, turn the mixer on to a low speed. Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase the speed to a medium range. Slowly add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough mixture should be slightly sticky and soft. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency. The amount of flour you add in bread making is always an approximation and you should go by feel.
2️⃣ 00:00:56 - Transfer the dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise 90 minutes, until double in size.
3️⃣ 00:01:07 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9-inch bundt pan.
4️⃣ 00:01:22 - Pinch off tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll into a ball. Roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat and place into the prepared bundt pan, stacking them up in layers as you go until you've used up all of your dough.
5️⃣ 00:02:17 - Melt 1/2 cup butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Pour caramel sauce over dough balls in bundt pan to coat.
6️⃣ 00:03:02 - Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
7️⃣ 00:03:08 - Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then invert pan onto a large plate or serving platter. Serve warm, or let cool and serve when completely cooled.

I have made this so many times and it’s a quick and easy way to make monkey bread too
Just made this. So I realized on the step of rolling the balls in cinnamon and sugar that I had no cinnamon lol I rolled them in just sugar and that worked fine. Thought about trying nutmeg but felt it too strong to risk it. Also my caramel sauce didn’t thin out much and was thicker than yours but still worked good. Overall, it still tasted AWESOME!!! The family loved it and will make it over and over again!! Thanks!!!

Looks good love the cinnamon so does my sister so I would add a little extra. But she can’t have the nuts she has no teeth or I would have to chop them real fine.

I make something like this but I love spicy so I use chipotle chili powder. I love spicy and sweet.

Yes, any regular milk substitute will work (almond milk, soy milk, etc)

You are very thorough and excellent at explaining things. However, I suggest just buying Pillsberry dough. Dough is dough, and this is way too much work LOL
I mean, you could. It's been my experience that homemade breads are far superior than a product like Pillsburry. It actually makes me really sad that you think "doough is dough" because that means you haven't ever really had good homemade breads.
