I knew that guy is a famous dancer cuz saw him in few other Tamil vids, but didn't know he was Prabhu's brother. The first time I saw him was in the MV Kya soorat hai by Bombay Vikings in the late 90s.

Of course Bro. I don't deny that. I meant that, till date, almost everyone limited him to MJ. But, here in this reaction it was pointed that Prabhu Deva has something that MJ didn't have. Can't compare Lion with a Tiger, both are awesome in their own ways.

Fun fact, in 1993 there was supposedly a dance get together to be organised with MJ and prabhu deva, in India, initially both men said yes to it. Later cancelled by both men as the world would perceive it as a competition between them rather than an art form which both men respected and each other as well. RESPECT ✊.

The moment that Prabhudeva's choreography shocked me was when he narrated Maa Sita's abduction from the Ramayana in 10 seconds in a Tamil song. "Oothiginu kadichikava" is the song and even though its a massy song, no one was offended at all because of Prabhudeva's style.

Prabhu Deva is without any doubt the best Indian modern era dancer and will be the best for many many many years to come
His one advantage that I see over MJ is that Prabhu is a classically trained dancer and hence the fluidity. Michael NEVER had any dance training throughout his career and yet he HAD an amazing natural fluidity and smoothness like water. I am sure had he leaned more towards having "more fluidity" in his moves he definitely, without any doubt would have done that EASILY, he was THAT versatile and gifted.
Prabhu on the other hand is himself gifted and a gem. His moves are so NEAT and beautiful that it is hard not to fall for his talent
