It's been more than 25-30 yrs but we didn't find another choreographer as good as Prabhu Sir. The creativity that he brings to the table is unmatchable.Dancing is one part of the story,the tough part is choreography and Prabhu Sir has no competition.No one can create such an impact in India

When do you know when someone is an artist and is seriously watching it and understanding it to the core. Just watch ricksegal 😄. Usually no-one talks in between when Prabhu Deva dances ,they'd be spell bound. Thanks for reacting guys
One thing that you can notice in Prabhu Deva’s songs is that the shots are long. In a 4-5 minute song you will see multiple shots that are 30-45 seconds long. There aren’t too many cuts which means everybody including the background dancers should get all the steps correct in those long sequences. Even if one person messes up its from the top again. This means a lot of rehearsals before you go for the shoot. Just brilliant...

I've known about him since he came onto the scene and I've loved him from even before he became an actor - going back to 90-91 with April Mayile (don't watch this - not his greatest work), but I think he started hitting hard and the big time after Chinna Rasave from Walter Vetrivel (definitely find a good quality version of that watch it).... then killed it with Chicku Bucku Raile from Gentlemen, which subsequently landed him roles in Kadhalan (same director as Gentlemen) and we all know Kadhalan songs i.e. Mukala, Urvasi, etc.
