Cap, the most expensive neighbourhood in Pune are prabhat road and model colony. Koregoan Park was once considered expensive until other neighbourhoods started catching up in 90s
Nah bro, KP is very expensive. Most expensive property transaction was done in KP.
KP is centrally located and other upscale Districts are nearby namely Kalyani Nagar, Boat Club Road and Bund Garden Road.

Yes , pune has poor infra compared to its gdp ,pune gdp is 10x higher than indor but , roads condition are very harsh in pune ,not single ring road is devloped by government body
