Koregaon Park Pune Full Detail | Billion Dollar House in India | Celebrities के शानदार Bungalow 2020

Koregaon Park, Osho International Meditation Resort की वजह से पूरे विश्व में प्रसिद्द है। यह पूरे महाराष्ट्र का एकलौता ऐसा जगह है जहाँ इतने मँहगे बंगले एक साथ मौजूद हैं। कोरेगॉंव पार्क एक से बढ़कर एक जानी मानी हस्तियों का निवास स्थान है। यहाँ पर Stud Farms के ओनर Zavaray Poonawalla से लेकर Forbes Marshall के मालिक Dr Naushad D Forbes, Shapoorji Pallonji Group के मालिक Pallonji Mistry, Bajaj Group के मालिक Rahul Bajaj जैसे तमाम मशहूर हस्तियों का बंगला है।
गुटका किंग कहे जाने वाले Manikchand गुटका के मालिक Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal का बंगला भी कोरेगांव पार्क में है, जिनका 2017 में देहावसान हो गया।
Koregaon Park, Pune Railway station के पास में है और मुख्यता ये दो सामानांतर रोड के बीच में बसा हुआ है। जिसमें से एक रोड का नाम है North Main Road, जो की मुला - मुथा नदी की तरफ है और इसके दूसरी तरफ है South Main Road. इन दोनों रोड को लगभग 7-लेन जोड़ते हैं जिसके बीच में Koregaon Park फैला हुआ है।
ओशो आश्रम होने की वजह से ही Koregoan Park को अच्छी खासी ख्याति मिली, और यही कारण भी है की यहाँ पर विदेशियों का आना जाना लगा ही रहता है। विदेशियों के आने-जाने की वजह से ही यहाँ का Rental Value भी काफी बढ़ गया। यहाँ के प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतों की तुलना South Mumbai और South Delhi से की जा सकती है। आज भी पुणे में सबसे महंगे Property Locations में Koregaon Park का ही नाम आता है। Koregaon Park के चलते आसपास के Locations का Property रेट भी खूब बढ़ा। और अब आसपास का लोकेशन Koregaon Park Annex के नाम से जाना जाने लगा है।

Dhariwalji has 2 bungalows in KP. The one you showed is the new one.
Bajaj also has 2 bungalows.
In Poonawalla house, Yohan and his family stay. Dr. Zavareh stays in Salisbury Park Bungalow. You missed out to show on new bungalows of Dr. PD Patil, Dr. Ajeenkya Patil from DY PATIL Group, Rajesh Patil from Kolte Patil Developers and Chordia Mansion of Panchshil Realty.
Regarding Mistry house, I think it's actually owned by Tata Group, the name plate was changed after Cyrus took over Tata, maybe he has bought it from Tatas.
Also Krishnakumar Goyal stays on SB road, it's quite possible that this is the new bungalow he has built, even I'm not aware.
