The major problem in the Mundwa area, is there is that only 2 bridges over the Mula Mutha river. One on Magarpatta road, and the second on Koregaopark to kalyani nagar. If there could be a third bridge, which could be a elevated path from the Ghorpadi-North Main road crossing....connecting all the way to Kharadi south main road, (Reliance mall) it would create another alternate route to Kharadi from Magarpatta and Hadapsar area.
The mundhwa chowk definitely needs an overbridge. But its easier said than done. Before venturing any such projects, alternate routes should be operational. For example, Amanora to Keshav nagar underpass, Keshav Nagar to Kharadi bridge.

Fine amounting to 5% of cost of the vehicle for wrong side driving should be imposed. Increase fine by 2x for each repeat violation. Wrong side driving is a menace that causes accidents and hinders smooth flow of traffic.
There should be a separate 2 wheeler lane which is 4to 5 ft wide, which will encourage people to use two wheeler to avoid for wheeler to avoid traffic and save time.
Mundhwa chowk over bridge is something should be top priority for PMC. Any news around the same ?
