- Drakengard and Nier angelic translations. It somehow took me a year but here we are. Shout out to the person who agonised over the Agrippa hybrid with me.
Notes/updates:
I noticed that in the Noir section I kept switching between the words shadows and shades, I'm pretty sure it always sticks to one or the other in at least the Noir text specifically, though I think both are written in Celestial in other places. Not a big deal but thought it was worth clarifying
Missed the storybook cover from the DOD 3 DLC cutscenes, translates as "utahime monogatari" which basically means "Intoner Story".
I now have a physical copy of the DOD 3 manga and the print quality is still too poor for me to make out what those symbols are :l

This is incredible man! Honestly, what you've done here is beyond based. The one thing you missed is that in Replicant 1.22, in route E right before you bring Nier back, the speech bubbles above nier have unique celestial compared to the other speech bubbles in the game. The read: "Don't, Kaine, go back, stop" implying that Nier is on some level conscious and doesn't want his choice to be undone. Your content is seriously god-tier, I'm really interested in working together with you to dig deeper into these games if you're up for it

I will take a look at it as well as the the manga adaption at some point, it seemed very grindy and light on story at launch so I've kind of just been ignoring it since then.

Most of the images from the VOC section were from Forsaken Maiden. I'm pretty confident this video has everything there is from both of those games.
0.46 Mate those are runes. But they don't really read anything coherent either. Just "Urpos?sggd"
All letters on the flag match to Iberian script, It's possible it could be another runic script but unless I can find one that fits all the letters and translates to something meaningful I'm going to have to stick with Iberian as the most likely answer.
What is the name of the music that plays in the beginning? Sounds very familiar but I can't recall

Isn't the "iberian" just real world Futhark?
No, the closest matching alphabet I could find is a mix of northern and southern Iberian.
How could you recognize the letters on those screenshots? The textures on Grimoire Rubrum for example are too pixelated to read something on them
I took lots of pictures (I think five in the case of Rubrum) that weren't included in the video. The pictures in the video are just the ones I chose so people would understand what I was talking about.
I translated the Blind ailment script to be "Faucesi", or the latin word for throat. I theorized that Blind could also be synonymous with silence, considering it hinders your attacks and makes you miss.
