Tip: when unlocking cyprus, you can rob the hospital and get a hefty amount of cash and also, rob the winter bandit safehouse (easier with minigun)

Sam: You already got him
Ari: Spam greet your little brother
Thomas: Rob random people
Isaac: Race him to the top legitimately or bring a helicopter to the start of the race, tell him to race and fly your helicopter upwards and touch the red mat thingy
Alexia: Insult a prisoner in the police station 75 times and kill him or her to pick up his or her money, the police will not care about you killing or shooting a prisoner
Jason: Run over people... And dont forget to pick up their money
Bill: choose any place that has an applicable job (Pat's Pizza Parlor, Burger Bites, Cafe Verde and the hospital) and do it 200 times, the pizza place is the easiest
Mayor Cyprus: If you have money, buy the sniper, but if not, buy the pistol, use the pistol/sniper to raid the raiders' base, after you have raided the raiders' base, go to the gun store and buy as many bombs and dynamites as you can, not recommended to use bomb because some reason, they explode instantly as soon as you place it down, in my perspective, then go to burger bites, buy three ghost burgers, and explode the burger bites, then explode the hospital and shoot the rest of the patients, shoot the gun store owner, explode the cafe and rob the barber shop in barber and cafe (Cafe Verde and >Barbie's), explode pizza place, shoot the clothing store owner, rob the beach shop, shoot the trading post guy, and if the robbery cooldown is gone, rob the stores, then raid the raiders' base, but if it is not complete, rejoin and repeat the process until you get the character (the reason why you explode the stores is because you pick up the money from the dead customers)
but the problem is if you logging and do this bandit safe farming you get unexpected client behavior bug so i might this technique of farming is not effective and effective as well at the same time
getting mayor is better than bill by noclipping through the back of the bandits safe and get it or get stuck then get it and leave tqhe game rejoin repeat
that safes alotta time
8:19 weird when i first time played the game bill appeared in pizza place i guess it got removed or bill's spawn changed
His spawn changed when you play as him i think
7:39 easiest way for me was working at the pizzaria cause it was easier for me
police will not target the player with mayor if the player is attacking someone but if it attacks a police the police will target the player

how do you get a gun as Isaac, when i try to buy one as him it just says he's too young.
you have to hangout with isaac’s dad and go to the gun store and he will buy one
Isaac's dad is thomas ... seriously they should show if that character is a friend/family member/neighbor/etc.... of the current character you play as
Its confusing i did not know 2 playable characters are legit father and son lol
If you hang out with Thomas and buy a gun, Thomas says it's for him. Not Issac.
