There is a datapack that will let you use any sized nether portals, down to 1x1, which should fit nicely. The other option would be to slice a portal down to a single block, though that would have to be the first thing you do.

The design could work for an outpost that you don’t want to ruin a landscape (for some reason) far from main base, like above the stronghold or nearby a structure like the ocean monument, or a portal close to bastion or nether fortress.
i think the only bad part is the nether portal, everything else is perfect
Smaller bases seem more interesting to me because you kinda have to strategize where you can fit one thing and not have it mess up another thing, in such a tiny amount of room

Put your becan pyramid underground, itll make it look cleaner and also fit into your small base theme. You could also free up one more block by having your light source be a torch on the Armour stand. Leaving another free spot. Love your video and im gonna be taking your base idea for sure. I love to make little hidden bases on pvp servers and this will def do

how to make 0 blok epik base,
Step 1. Dig a two block hole
Step 2. Fit yourself in
Step 3. Get 2 sand blocks
Step 4. Must have lot of health
Step 5. Make the sand cover the 2 blocks and boom. Don’t suffocate!

I love unconventional, unique bases. I always try to implement some weird shapes and diagonal walls and such to my base for fun. I've never really built any good small base, because I love to always jump around (and perhaps listen to music at the same time).

one major flaw is that it is not immune to one-block high mobs such as a small zombie or endermite
Could've gone even more overboard and made a circular-rotating storage system and used update suppression to fit a nether portal pane so everything but the enchanting table could fit in that 3 block radius

You should put an iron trapdoor on top of the lava cauldron so you don’t have to worry about it. (You can still crawl through the gap)
but it would need ot be powered but i guess thats not a problem

I don't think its classified as the smallest base because you build systems under the main base so I feel like that its the smallest base if you are allowed to add contrapions under it.

Having that small of a base is cool and all but there is nothing on the roof and walls it’s possible to make smaller. Also baby mobs or spiders can make it into the base if they just notice you. But anyways the vid was great and it’s insane how small you made that base. Keep up the great work!

Just so everyone knows by definition in the Minecraft book official A base is qualified by having storage and being at least 5 by 5
For a "base", it probably fits, but it depends on everyone what people think a "base" is. For me, as long as you have a chest or barrel, a craft table, a furnance, and a bed, it is a base AND a house.
I do NOT consider this house the smallest. RolixRedstone had already beaten this record any way.

Could have just made the sticky piston push two slime blocks and used Piston & Stone Wall → Observer update to send signal. within a very small footprint.
Also, I am *_totally_* stealing that storage idea for my world, that is *_sick_* and it can be *_secret_* and look like something straight out of James Bond and virtually multiplies the maximum possible storage capacity within one horizontal space by 1.5 times, given that you have two more blocks of depth for the water and the method of liquid containment. (Barrels behind chests behind minecart chests behind a transparent block with a small hitbox for 144 containers with twelve width, four height wall with only 48 entities used. (Less than the average item sorting geek spends on Item Frames alone.)
