I stopped collecting/playing magic 20 odd years ago and early this year went back to it, it didn't last long it's gone completely the wrong way, discovered f and b around the same time as going back to magic, long story short magic is on the shelf f and b is everything magic was and more, hooked 👍👍👍
The set looks pretty good and the stabby chappy looks fun and you can see the subtle design where you are likely getting chip damage in which makes sense for assassins
Been intrigued by F&B for a little while now, and unsure how to jump in but the assassin might make me take the leap. The cards remind me of some kind of Black midrange deck in MtG, with the hand/deck disruption, recursion, and pressure. A very nice breakdown, I was able to follow along even though I'm unfamiliar with the game. Also, those assassin girls are indeed the best! Arakni and the entire class's visual design are so good.

This class looks so fun. I am so close to finishing my Ranger/Wizard card "needs" and may jump head first into Assassin right after that. It looks so cool as well! Edit: Forgot to add favorite card!! Honestly the Spider Bites.. the armor pierce is the type of effect I have wanted in ranger for a while and love the mechanic.
Something sweet about the Assassin class from a metagame perspective is it incentivizes rogue deckbuilding and weird sideboarding in CC. By default, players need to care more about having their deck be different from what they played previously or what won the last tournament because there is a price on predictability.
I like the feel of the assassin class. I’m sure it will be good in blitz, but I feel like it will be hard to pick the cards to play since there’s no board. I hope to open some good stuff for the class when the set comes out. Sweet video.
I bought a box tonight and pulled the legendary legs for the assassin and got a lot more cards for the assassin also pulled a marvel crouching tiger in the same box and got one box of up rising and pulled a legendary head piece

With a card like Shred, what happens if it takes the defense below 0? Like if you shred a 3 defense card, is their defense 0 or -1? If it's negative, does that amplify damage? I'm new so I'm not sure how this would work
I like the new assassin class and the mechanics. But what actually annoys me with fab is that there is no End with all the different classes. It is delutes the complete card pool. With every new set there comes a new class and a sub class and sub sub class with there own card pool… I hope not at the end we get to the point that you buy a display and have to hope to get the right cards out of the billions of classes. Or we get new Hero’s for the existing classe so that exp shadow / runeblade cards are not garbage.
Do you think it would be a good idea to put "dust from the red desert" and "dust from the shadow crypts" in the Dromai deck that you and Prof did in that video he released 5 days ago

If you look at Young Arakni it looks like it’s a girl. I feel like it is and would benefit the assassin job wise. I feel like the woman in Eradicate is Arakni.

From what i get while playing on talishar online, the Defense goes to 0

I've gotten confirmation from the LSS Creative Director that it's meant to be unknown and mysterious
