What is the weight of the airstream trailer?
You can tell what a great personality she is by the way she is present with her mind and the kindness and meekness that she carries even when she doesnât talk ⊠â€ïž
Theyâre both people with high energy great and wonderful souls. Check out their CZcams. Itâs linked in the description.
Guy in the blue jacket seems like a kind person. He reminds me of angry video game nerd.
great video! thank you!
will be nice to know more about their hitch setup and the model and weight of their airstream trailer. 150 km in the winter towing is very good. I saw other videos that it is about 1/3 of the total range when towing something at the max capacity.
Beautiful camper! We have a similar setup with our Model Y towing a Palomino Solaire 147X. Other than the range hit discussed in the video we've had no issues so far either. Great interview!
Thank-you ,we like it too! đ
â@The WanderLeeâs what kind of hitch that you have on your model y? Are you using tesla towing package?
A Tesla towing hitch and the towing package
Keep up the good work
Thanks Josh!
Too much information, Thank you so muchâ€
You are so welcome!
Amazing video. Our family just bought a model Y with the intentions of pulling our brand new intech sol Horizon with it. I was told from another intech owner not to do it. That itâs too close to the weight limit but after seeing your video Iâm convinced itâs possible. These are the specs for it.
Dry Weight 3,230 - 3,350lbs
Tongue Weight 465 - 495lbs
GVWR 4,000lbs
Net Carrying Capacity 525 - 610lbs
Do you mind sharing which equalizer hitch you have on it? Thank you
wow
I think tesla model s version is simplay amazing.
What is the weight of the trailer? Is it more than 3500 lbs?
What model Airstream do you have, and how much does it weigh?
Iâm not sure about the Model but it weighs around 3500 lbs
Which model Airstream is this and what are the specs, please?
Itâs the bambi sport model, narrower, lighter , pre 2020
What was the model of this trailer. Yes this is the airstream but is it the 16RB
Bambi sport 22ft narrow body, lighter model, pre 2020
That's amazing, I have Model Y and planning to tow a 2018 22FB with Gross weight of 5000 Lbs. Is the couple towing with a standard hitch by tesla or did they have to modify the hitch?
Y Max towing is 3500 with 350 Mac tongue weight
@@ALR1000 agreed. but the airstream model in the video has gross weight of 5000 lbs. I wonder if they reinforced the hitch or using standard hitch from tesla.
@@prajeshreddy83 That's the question I wanted to know. I hope the host will be asking more setup questions than keeping asking about costs.
Apparently his trailer is really overweight, the model should be 19cb.5000lb
22fb maybe
Does auto pilot work when youâre towing?
Unfortunately, it does not. But there is a work around I think
Can it be towed with Tesla Y RWD?
Yes , just be mindful of the tongue weight and the gvwr
nice video, very informative. Turn down your mic gain, its distorting.
Noted!
Most people are not going to like driving 1.5 hrs. and charging for 30 to 45 minutes. We want to drive to our destination and then enjoy the location - not half hour stints in charging stations 6 times a day.
Most , incl : you need to obey their Boss and life master
Others figured it out cheers
I wouldn't mind if I had a camper to haul around. Relax while charging and 30-45 min wait is nothing especially saving you thousands of dollars vs putting in gas.
What do I have more of than money?? TIME!! lol not a big deal for most
Love from bd
Lol why scream in the mic bro
Lots of info and a good person to interview. But please hold the microphone further from your mouth as it is distorting. Cheers.
Do you keep a hammer under the seat of your Tesla for when it bricks with you inside it?
there is an emergency latch to pull on in case of an emergency
Show us the car donât show us the couple
I think itâs over load
Great video! Very informative. But the mic you're using for the interview portion is a "shotgun" mic that only needs to be pointed at the person's mouth, it doesn't need to be brought up to the person's mouth like a non-shotgun mic. So the mic could stay at one spot and be turned in the direction of whoever's speaking (just trying to help you get better production values for your wonderful videos).
Oh my god thank you. Iâm such an amateur when using these things.
