Every time I saw one of the recipes I was thinking, "oh wow they're adding vegetables. That's pretty healthy." And then 5 seconds later they add THIRTEEN SLICES OF CHEESE! Like damn! I'm trying to find a simple potluck recipe that's not too healthy but not too junk foodie and Tasty is out here trying to get everyone's cholesterol to go through the roof XD

Very practical. Everyone needs a couple good go to recipes for potlucks. This week we made hamburger cupcakes on my channel. They would work great for potlucks as well.

I do peppers...it is actually specail cause I dont have a garden....like when I lived in Illinois and the only grocery store we had was the dollar store....the person actually with the corn stand was specail too only fresh produce you could get there as well...if you didnt have a car or somebody to give you a ride...sometimes fresh produce is a specail treat....even if it is just corn....or tomatoes....
Specially if you are eating nothing but canned or pantry food

💜 1:19 monkey bread (just making note for myself for later:)
This was harder than it looks.. but very delicious. I did not know that was bacon going inside.. I had thought it was onions. So, I had no bacon on hand. But I just sautéed more onions and filled them with those and some fresh garlic in each. The dough was so hard to work with, so I did not make as many to “stack” and I couldn’t find a brie wheel.. so I used Camembert, and it melted all underneath.. but dang, it was still delicious! I will make it again:)

It's to give it the consistency of an overripe banana. In most banana breads/cakes the recipe calls for overripe bananas. Most stores throw out overripe bananas before you can get them.
