    Very nicely explained with measurements......just one tip ...always use the soaking water to grind as all the nutrients are in it ...also it helps in fermentation when used for idli and dosa ..😊

    • @cookingbymanisha
      @cookingbymanisha Před 2 lety +1

      For rice is good but for dal is bad. Soaked dal water smells badly after fermentation and idli doesn't stays last longer if it remains. After 15 th April better to throw soaked water and use of fresh water to grind dal.

      @Dharmesh cy in Tulu Neer means water... In kannada it is Neeru... This dosa is specifically called Neer Dosa nor Neeru Dosa. NEER DOSA IS AUTHENTIC TULUNADU TRADITIONAL FOOD.
      . For water we call neer, this dosa batter is so watery so it is called Neer Dosa (watery dosa) ,
      @Meera Ramesh madam, you are right madam.. Neer dosa its called as Tellavu by our grandmothers because it is so thin (telupu means thin)... Moklu namma dose nh, akalna pandh panper, avu sari athh
