For those who don't know, the tank in question that they're designing is the Vickers A1E1 "Independent"... it was so amazing, that they only built 1

@@SquireComedy more simply wouldn't be fair, and you know the british are all about fairness and sportsmanship, that's why Montgomery only fought Rommel when he had 3 times as many units as Rommel had.
The Vickers "Independent" was actually a brilliant deception strategy to confuse the Russian so they would copy the design and waste their steel on making useless 5-turret landships like the T-35

@@tucker1012 so we've got a troop transport that can't carry troops, a reconnaissance vehicle that's to conspicuous to do reconnaissance, and a quasi tank that has less armour than a snow blower but has enough ammo to take out half of DC.

The frequency of squire uploads this month is rather bizzare, but I am not complaining.
What we should have done is get a giant kettle and stick wheels on it, and use it to launch tea at the jerries. It a well known fact that fascists can't handle a true British brew
I like how Squire (as the General) fired himself (as the tank designer) right as he walked into the room so it is easier to do the subsequent over-the-shoulder shots. Brilliant and subtle move to ease the filming work.

Fun fact, there was a panzer design called “The Lion”. It was the Panzer Mark 7. It was in-between the Panzer Mark 6 “The Tiger” and the Panzer Mark 8 “The Mouse”. As far as I am aware it never left the drawing board. They skipped over it and went straight to the Mouse, of which 2 prototypes were built.
i heard of it they actually implemented it on world of tanks never left the board it was slated to knock out late war soviet while taking the fire with impunity
@@warriorgaming1604 I do love World Of Tanks, for that. As far as I am aware, it was a good design, as far as heavy tank designs rushed out, can be anyway. But the mouse just did the job better, so I think they skipped it. I may well be wrong on that, but I think that’s why they skipped it.
