      True. But kinda our fault. Essentially, crackheads lament what the drug business has become....
      Rabid fandom has flooded the sport with so much money that this was the logical outcome.

      Just tune into the Big 12, it's as close to untainted as you'll be able to get. They will remain as close to student athletes as you can get due to NIL in the bigger conferences.

    We know North Carolina and Virginia are the next move but who would be the next after? You can’t separate Duke and North Carolina. Then it’s either Florida st, nc state, or Clemson for the last spot

      Boo hoo, if it's so upsetting for you, stop watching and caring about college sports.
      The entire country was calling for college athletes to get paid, a few years ago and I was one of the people opposed to it, but now that it's here, the unforeseen consequences have come to light and now so many people are crying about it.

      ⁠​⁠@@markavaldez11there’s barely implementation of a salary cap-which is the main issue. HE is probably AGAINST it because he knows the majority of his teams have more money.
      with this particular generation, the mindset is about how much money i’m getting, not I wanna play for my favorite college. that’s the difference and those people who were calling for it-were probably fans of dormant wealthy programs

      @@TylerEubankNebraska went to the B1G and then Colorado went to the PAC. It’s been a downward slide ever since. Texas and Oklahoma going to the SEC was a mere aftershock of the earthquake that began over a decade ago.

    Now that money is flowing into the players wallets, the SEC has lost one of its primary advantages. The SEC encouraged its teams to illegally pay football players to get them on the teams. The SEC did this more than the other conferences combined, while at the same time having no academic standards.

      @@Tijuanabill LSU forfeited 5 years of games, but only did so a decade after the fact. Everyone knows that Auburn's National Title is tainted with how many players admitted to being paid. Need I go on?

      ​@@Tijuanabill Either the SEC knew, and corruptly said nothing, and therefore covered up these scandals. Or, they were so incompetent in governing these teams that it amounts to corruption. Conferences have so little usefulness that the least they can do is spend time investigating and preventing their teams from committing scandalous infractions that tarnish their National Titles. I rooted for Auburn to beat Oregon, but that doesn't mean that I believe they deserve to maintain their tarnished title. They don''t, they didn't earn it fairly.
