Hi, guys!
European Union 🇪🇺, just like the rest of the world, is disrupted by Corona virus and governments direct all resources to fight it.
We are in touch with our employers and monitor situation on daily basis. Good news is that employers still need labor.
Here is a short overview of the current status as we see it for applicants to Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary and Slovakia:
By stage of your applications,
1️⃣ I have not applied yet:
👌 Business as usual.
Applications and interviews are in normal routine. Most welcome to apply (www.artellect.net).
👉 What you can do: apply now, because when this is over the number of work permit applications may be very high.

2️⃣ I am on interviewing stage:
👌 Business as usual.
Job Offers may take few extra days, because Europe colleagues are working from home.
👉 What you can do: just keep doing what you’re doing.

3️⃣ I am on Work Permit stage:
⏱👌 Extra time possible.
Most likely it will take few extra weeks. Apart from that - no changes.
👉 What you can do: be patient and stay employed.

4️⃣ I got work permit, but not yet applied for visa:
⏱👌 Extra time possible.
Visa appointments for both Poland and Czechia will be delayed, as per Consulates’ official notices. How long? No particular time given by the Consulate. At least 2-3 weeks.

5️⃣ I have already applied for visa:
⏱👌 Extra time possible.
No applications are cancelled. But processing will be slower because all inland government offices are focused towards virus restrictive measures.

6️⃣ I am already in Europe:
Just make sure to follow the instructions of the government and your employers.
Stay in your dorms. Avoid travel.
