Do Succulent Plants Like To Be Crowded & How To Care For Them

Many succulents grow quite fast and, if they are planted in pots, can get pretty crowded and find themselves on top of their neighbours. While succulents tolerate crowding well in most instances, even they can get stressed and experience negative reactions to such tight living quarters.
In this video we’ll have a look at what happens to crowded succulents and what they look like, how crowding can stress them out in different ways but also how to care for crowded succulents in pots and garden.
Although crowding can sound bad, when succulents get the right care, they can look very pretty as many crowded succulents, when they become rootbound, can grow more colourful and compact.

Hi Kelvin, sorry for the late reply. I have a few videos in the pipeline about variegated succulents, their propagation & care etc and hope to publish them in about a month or so. Just waiting on some variegated leaves to pop out babies for footage 🙂 I'll try and remember tagging you when they're out

I have a video on the stems 🙂 I usually just compost them as many can be difficult to propagate from flower stems and it's not worth my time + they are a massive aphid magnet , especially those that have very thin stems.
