    Thanks for watching! When a lot of people do bodyweight training, it’s very 1-dimensional and there is rarely any rotational elements. 1-dimensional movements are useful but the body is supposed to be like water - adaptable!

    Transfers are different to flow movements starting from the hips 'cause we also have to focus on the bond bending upper-body and controlling them and, even, doing this contracting the abdomens during the sculpting of the scorpion figure. Great explanation my dear Eero, you're always welcome on my CZcams channel. 👊

      Your body adjusts to your body weight overtime. Youll need heavier weights to challenge your body

    Quick question eero it's not on the scorpions but on the lizard crawl i know you've said in your previous videos it can build muscle but i just wanna know if your capable of staying low an staying down there for a long time can you get jacked.

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  Před 5 lety +7

      Lizard crawl will build muscle very well, the advanced floating scorpion will as well. This is because there is plenty of resistance + long time under tension. Just staying low in the isometric hold is great strength work and will lead to muscle gains as well.
