Here's the one that I'm using for Lv100s right now with leftside gear (Stats w/o food: 4709/4460/598 -- haven't replaced accessories yet. There's still 20 CP left at the end though, so only 578 CP would be required.) Probably still has some optimizations to make though.
Food required: HQ Rroneek Steak (The new Tsai). No tea required. Doesn't quite reach 100% (11580/12000), so still requires 1 HQ mat to guarantee HQ. Might hit 100% with more control (4536 according to the calc?)

You get Immaculate mend at 98, which is full repair from 5->80 for 112 CP, compared to manipulation 40 repair for 96 CP. Definitely put that in your macros in dawntrail going forward.
Atm I got level 100 crafting gear, so this is what I do to get from 0% (no HQ mats) to 100% hq mats on all 6600 / 80 dur gear.
Macro 1 :
/ac Reflect
/ac "Waste Not II"
/ac Innovation
/ac "Preparatory Touch"

If ur lower on CP, remove some of the preparatory touches above or replace advanced touch with a basic touch or something cheap.
Or alternatively do waste not 1 instead of 2, then 3x prep touches into some cheaper touches to get down to 5.

I personally prefer to not start with muscle memory since the macro always breaks on different items like the current lvl 99 diff crafting/gathering items. But Immaculate Mend is a gamechanger for 80 durability items.

Craft the gear is the standard answer. Because first set of scrip gear is all separate sets, and only one side. So you are going to have to craft and meld anyway.
