*FUN FACT:* Despite being a weapon damage buff, Jade’s 2nd ability doesn’t block you from subsuming another damage buff ability onto her, such as Roar, Nourish, or Eclipse.
I believe this is due to Deathbringer being a base additive bonus rather than one of the multiplicative bonuses (Roar on Jade is fun btw. Not having to run faction mods is peak)
It's probably worth noting that something I didn't see mentioned in this video is the fact that her power of the seven will screenshot any other strength buffs. Which allows you to effectively multiplicatively stack power strength for her 4.
I've found with the changes to gas damage resistences, modding for either gas or blast on glory can produce shockingly good results, especially since you'll want to have ophanim eyes up all the time anyways. Gas is better, i'd say, as the slow effect of ophanim eyes causes enemies to cluster and take more damage from one another.
Those can absolutely work well too, especially with the damage reworks. I'd agree gas would be better than blast as you'd be less reliant on enemies being in the right place immediately on blast blasting vs gas lingering.
Helminth can be used during Glory on High, unlike most other altered-state abilities. As such, the ability Airburst, with the Airburst Rounds augment, provides MASSIVE gains to Glory's normal fire capabilities, since it can gather enemies together for the explosions, and provides one of the biggest singular base damage boosts in the entire game. This is especially noteworthy as the exalted weapon, Glory, _HAS NO DIRECT HIT COMPONENT, AND WILL NOT BENEFIT FROM GALVANIZED SHOT._ This is something reflected in Kengineer's builds, but not spoken outright. I strongly recommend, also, that if you're using Archon Vitality, you use an unranked one. The heat doubling effect does not get any stronger, and Jade's builds do not especially care for health, since her armour is so low by default. Using an unranked Archon Vitality means that you will likely not need an extra forma to fit stuff into your build, and you lose basically nothing for doing so.
I'm really glad that you also show the space kid tech of picking up an item as a frame then transferring into space kid and also picking up an item for a max of 2 items carried! a neat overlooked trick for helping in excavation and alchemy missions. also really glad I'm not the only one who sometimes just gets sent in the wrong direction when trying to walk climb or wall run, it just snowballs from there and you're getting sent all over the place
Or, if youre rich/enough of a veteran, just go Ceramic Dagger with Secondary Outburst Edit: just realized he mentioned it, but for some reason he uses it in a primary fire-focused build, and not in secondary fire one
Wooooaaaaahhhhhh, you have no idea how many runs of Ascension I have done in which I don't know how to bring two different boosters to the elevator. That operator trick just blew my mind and will drastically speed up any further grinding of Ascension I do haha. Okay now on the the build haha, I just had to properly express my awe.
This works on all pickups. Energy cells in extraction, vials in alchemy, etc. As long as your warframe picks up something first and then your operator then you can always carry two of something.
Combat Discipline and Archon Intensify is a very effective combo on any frame that's restoring health all the time and considering how many judgements you're throwing around the place, Archon Intensify would generally be more effective than Umbral Intensify without the other umbrals
great video as always, but my only critique would be adaptation in the budget build because most people relying on that kind of build wont have adaptation
Thanks for the point. I addressed this on stream as Jade is a pretty late farm compared to most Warframes, and farming her inevitably gives access to valuable tradeables too. Someone who has acquired Jade, through farm or through plat, should also be able to at minimum trade for Adaptation. I intentionally equipped a not-fully-ranked Adaptation to emphasize the lack of endo requirement for it to be effective. If someone is not able to manage that, they're not at a level to need that tier of defense anyway. I don't offer builds for very low tier play as there's not much point to showing ultra-budget. Builds to work towards, even if just a little trading, serve a better purpose.

For Glory, I've actually been having good success with blast/toxin, using archon continuity to convert tox into corrosive procs, and using corrosive ability damage shards to apply a ~1.3x final damage multiplier. Since you full strip with eyes anyway, you don't need to hard-focus on armor stripping damage types, and can instead lean harder into crowd clear with blast, and just using the free corrosive procs for more damage even on unarmored targets. You can also lean into electricity instead of tox, for more aoe.
I've noticed that pouring revive juice on someone while using ophanim on them revives them twice as fast but i think you shoulder can block your own line of sight
I've been running the shield recharge delay mods on her, and they are genuinely THAT good on her I haven't taken them off, to have your shields come back after 2 seconds is insane to me

If you buy something from Ordis in the camp, you can see Stalker visiting the camp as he mourns for Jade for a bit before pulling back and disappear.
I like Blast Elec Radiation on Glory. You can use Accelerated Isotope as a hybrid mod giving you firerate for regular Glory and the Rad Elec combo for Murmur. Having Convulsion also procs Archon Stretch
Ophanim's Eyes ability to revive other players also stacks with your base revive speed so you can actively revive them while staring at them for very quick revives which is cool
I generally call myself an AC-130 whenever I play Jade, Endless bombardment from above whilst boosting the morale (Deathbringer) for the ground troops :D
One thing I didn't see mentioned is Archon Intensify. The healing from her 1 procs it reliably, so if you're using Combat Discipline and no other umbral mods you should definitely use archon intensify over umbral intensify.

14:26 is a bit inaccurate, as her 4 interacts in a very buggy way with initial combo/secondary outburst, and is not as simple as toggling the 4 to consistently refresh it. (my vid on Jade has a section at the end on how this works and how to work around it, but the tl;dr is that you'd be wise to actually equip her regular secondary before entering her 4, otherwise it does not work well.) also vazarin 2 + furax wraith w/ crescendo is optimal for her primary fire, gives full 12x combo for secondary outburst plus +45% fire rate from the amalgam mod. and I really prefer a blast-spec with a low-efficiency Blind Rage setup for primary fire as well. (but yeah I did a whole vid on that so I'll leave it at that :3)

It's the conditionality of the archon mod that makes it undesirable for most builds. Yes it's more strength, but you need to do some healing for it to kick in. Now Jade can heal herself and with Combat Discipline can get more uptime but it won't help at the start of the mission when you're at full health and you will lose the buff during the mission. It's simply too unreliable for it to be worth it most of the time.
For your armageddon build you should go for pure blast instead, a thing you didnt note is that her 3 procs heat on enemies when staring at them and due to heat inherit shenanigans that heavily reduces the effectiveness of your heat and bane mod on glory itself. Pure blast is nice since then you only need 1 mod for it to work, it generates more aoe damage to kill enemies with, as well as with nourish blast proc aoes created can spread viral to more enemies nearby, it is what I run for my jade with even more strength, 5 tau strength shards, and a grimoire and madurai to snapshot as much strength as possible onto her 4 and then even without snapshots i still get around 450% strength casted onto nourish and her ophanim eyes for extremely fast stripping removing the neat of armor reduction via heat and corrosive

I put on gunslinger and lethal torrent to capitalize on the fact that glory can put judgement stacks onto enemies and cranked it with the attack speed. I become a gunship of doom and stacking velocity with precision gives it more kick.
I have found that building glory for radiation damage (which can be achieved very nicely with the two primed elementals) results in enemies being regularly procced with radiation, and thus prioritising eachother over shooting jade, indirectly and massively boosting her survivability. By happenstance, I had jade as one of my warframe choices in the deep archemedia, and thoroughly dominated thanks to a combination of the above and also the radiation vunerability of the murmur.
If I remember correctly doesn't the heat proc on the 3 sometimes ruin your heat inherit when doing a glory burn build, so subsuming it out could be a plus.
Since Glory gets boosted from faction mods no matter what, you could theoretically replace Ophanim Eyes for Roar. Power of the Seven to boost Roar, activate Glory, switch to Deathbringer to double dip on damage boosts as well as the ability strength boost as both Glory and Roar snapshot your ability strength upon initial cast.
Using a bane mod on the weapon and running noise is better damage, and replace her 1 since the whole cast 1 then alt fire build is imo not so great and really slow
If you're referring to arcanes like merciless or cascadia flare, no she won't get the bonuses similar to Mesa, but arcanes like arcane precision or secondary outburst do work
archon intensify is a better alternative to umbral untensify if ur running combat discipline, since passive healing from her 1st will make sure archon intensify is active 90% of the time
With a base 15% critical chance you won't get a lot of bonus from that. You may fare better with strength shards to both buff the base damage and enhance the rest of the kit as she's not heavily invested into strength to begin with.
You can get over 100% crit on glory with specific setup using venka prime with melee crescendo for 13x permanent combo turning secondary outburst into a +260% crit chance and damage, 2 tau topaz for +150% crit chance(at full stack), arcane avenger for 45% crit chance, primed pistol gambit for 187% crit chance for a total of 642% crit chance which puts your glory's crit chance at 111.3% crit chance. Still leaving you with three open arcane slots for any other shard. Again this is a more specific setup and because of secondary outburst and melee crescendo's cost or time needed to farm isnt easily accessable but its a rather big pay off if you can get it. (Small edit: primed pistol gambit over critical delay to not lose any fire rate as the 13% crit chance isnt worth the loss of fire rate on glory)

also odd thing i noticed with her 4th limbos 4th seems effect her ( my energy kept bouncing up and down while in the rift so it may be slightly bugged )
Missed a few things one is she can nuke real easy and I mean with so much damage her 4 weapon alt fire and its explosion radius scales off both jades range and if you put fulmination on the weapon if you max out both the aoe damage and range and so dumb you can kill stuff 2 rooms over lmao ppl should try it also archon intensify is viable bc of her 1 and I feel like u underestimated her damage a bit
Why would you use umbral intensify over archon intensify on jade? with the damage you take and heal with her 1 its 16% extra strength which doesnt seem like much until you consider that you dont even need to go out of your way to get it. Also for companions and the judgement build would you recommend using something like the nautilus to group enemies together for big explosions
Just wanted to mention Jade's Glory Primary Fire is one of the stronger Exalted weapons in the game. Properly modded and platformed it does incredibly high damage. Also, Corrosive on Glory is unnecessary because of her 3rd ability. Better off going Blast.
Am I the only one who feels like Stalker drops weapons blueprints a lot more Post-quest? I've gotten like 3 Dread blueprints in the past month, while I got like 3 over 2 years prior to this.
I dont know if its a bug or if they fixed it but i kept reviving my friend by using the stare ability then swapping to my tenno since jades ability was still looking where he was it still brought him up not very useful but its there
seeing you're using combat discipline why are you using umbral over archon intensify? Jade's one of the few warframes that can actually use that mod. (sure you need to keep track of the timer on the strength bonus, but it is viable on all but her 4th's damage resistance.)
Is it my imagination, or if the enemy is killed by somebody else, does it not increase the duration? I've had times where the duration is happily up, and times where it's sinking and I'm just trying to get my head around it.
subsumed her 4 because my weapons deal more damage than that thing. if I use her 4 instead of my primary/secondary/melee, its a disadvantage, not an advantage.
She seems fun but I don't know why, I just don't feel like investing into playing her. I prefer more passive warframes where you can just build into 1 ability tbh
I'm sorry but your glory build is terrible, you need lethal torrent, Galvanized diffusion and anemic agility. I have run it from the the start and based on your statement just verified in similacrum. Basically it's like a Mesa build, which now also has the new pistol elementalist mod and Precision Intensify. Or accelerated isotope and mix it up, but multishot is 100% a must.

regarding the revive over time with ophanim eyes: you can park jade nearby and assist yourself with a revive as operator, making it twice as fast

Yes i've noticed gas is surprisingly good in general now. Been using Dante with a gas modded Nataruk and it hits extremely hard!
Blast Electricity are my elements of choice for the alt fire blaster! Sooo satisfying!

You can also use orange archon shards to give Jade’s exalted orange/red crits when paired with archon avenger

By happenstance, I had jade as one of my warframe choices in the deep archemedia, and thoroughly dominated thanks to a combination of the above and also the radiation vunerability of the murmur.
If I remember correctly doesn't the heat proc on the 3 sometimes ruin your heat inherit when doing a glory burn build, so subsuming it out could be a plus.

Since Glory gets boosted from faction mods no matter what, you could theoretically replace Ophanim Eyes for Roar. Power of the Seven to boost Roar, activate Glory, switch to Deathbringer to double dip on damage boosts as well as the ability strength boost as both Glory and Roar snapshot your ability strength upon initial cast.
Using a bane mod on the weapon and running noise is better damage, and replace her 1 since the whole cast 1 then alt fire build is imo not so great and really slow
Ophanim eyes is great, you look at someone then hop into operator and get two people rezzing the target
As far as i can tell with my testing glory only activates the secondary arcanes, but does not actually gain the damage buffs ?
Do you mean arcanes equipped on the weapon or warframe?

If you're referring to arcanes like merciless or cascadia flare, no she won't get the bonuses similar to Mesa, but arcanes like arcane precision or secondary outburst do work
archon intensify is a better alternative to umbral untensify if ur running combat discipline, since passive healing from her 1st will make sure archon intensify is active 90% of the time

If going for high investment, are Topaz shards worth using for the extra secondary critical chance?
With a base 15% critical chance you won't get a lot of bonus from that. You may fare better with strength shards to both buff the base damage and enhance the rest of the kit as she's not heavily invested into strength to begin with.
You can get over 100% crit on glory with specific setup using venka prime with melee crescendo for 13x permanent combo turning secondary outburst into a +260% crit chance and damage, 2 tau topaz for +150% crit chance(at full stack), arcane avenger for 45% crit chance, primed pistol gambit for 187% crit chance for a total of 642% crit chance which puts your glory's crit chance at 111.3% crit chance. Still leaving you with three open arcane slots for any other shard. Again this is a more specific setup and because of secondary outburst and melee crescendo's cost or time needed to farm isnt easily accessable but its a rather big pay off if you can get it. (Small edit: primed pistol gambit over critical delay to not lose any fire rate as the 13% crit chance isnt worth the loss of fire rate on glory)

I've only had a few minutes to play with Jade and I wasn't really feeling the build I was going for, throw and detanate felt slow maybe?. I guess I'll try leaning more into the "all arounder" build.

also odd thing i noticed with her 4th limbos 4th seems effect her ( my energy kept bouncing up and down while in the rift so it may be slightly bugged )
The jade shadows quest hit me like a fucking freight train.
Missed a few things one is she can nuke real easy and I mean with so much damage her 4 weapon alt fire and its explosion radius scales off both jades range and if you put fulmination on the weapon if you max out both the aoe damage and range and so dumb you can kill stuff 2 rooms over lmao ppl should try it also archon intensify is viable bc of her 1 and I feel like u underestimated her damage a bit
should we be glad that DE thought the revive ability really matter and consider remove it as a nerf for helminth version...

Why would you use umbral intensify over archon intensify on jade? with the damage you take and heal with her 1 its 16% extra strength which doesnt seem like much until you consider that you dont even need to go out of your way to get it. Also for companions and the judgement build would you recommend using something like the nautilus to group enemies together for big explosions
Any thoughts on using an orange shard for crit on glory if you don't feel like dealing with secondary outburst?
Just wanted to mention Jade's Glory Primary Fire is one of the stronger Exalted weapons in the game. Properly modded and platformed it does incredibly high damage.
Also, Corrosive on Glory is unnecessary because of her 3rd ability. Better off going Blast.

I dont know if its a bug or if they fixed it but i kept reviving my friend by using the stare ability then swapping to my tenno since jades ability was still looking where he was it still brought him up not very useful but its there

seeing you're using combat discipline why are you using umbral over archon intensify?
Jade's one of the few warframes that can actually use that mod. (sure you need to keep track of the timer on the strength bonus, but it is viable on all but her 4th's damage resistance.)
Sevagoth + Ophanim Eyes on his 4th + Gloom = super slow
I also run it on Inaros' 4th and Revenant's 4th lol
Is it my imagination, or if the enemy is killed by somebody else, does it not increase the duration? I've had times where the duration is happily up, and times where it's sinking and I'm just trying to get my head around it.
I don't think that matters, as long as they have the judgement debuff active

subsumed her 4 because my weapons deal more damage than that thing. if I use her 4 instead of my primary/secondary/melee, its a disadvantage, not an advantage.

She seems fun but I don't know why, I just don't feel like investing into playing her. I prefer more passive warframes where you can just build into 1 ability tbh

I'm sorry but your glory build is terrible, you need lethal torrent, Galvanized diffusion and anemic agility. I have run it from the the start and based on your statement just verified in similacrum. Basically it's like a Mesa build, which now also has the new pistol elementalist mod and Precision Intensify. Or accelerated isotope and mix it up, but multishot is 100% a must.
Which firing mode are you using?
If you're using the main fire this is better but not the secondary fire
