Watching this scene 5 years later knowing what will happen to them at the end is kind of scary. As a Castle fan, I gotta say that Season 7 was indeed the last season, in my opinion. Season 8 was just all over the place with capturing Locksat and then learning that both Stana & Tamala wouldn’t return for Season 9, so the show had to end, but end it in grace and a lead to a good conclusion. Season 8 did not bring that at all.
I don't know, I agree that season 8 is shittier than the others because of what you said, but it's still good compared to other series and season 8 was interesting in its own way because in a way, Castle and Beckett's relationship kind of returned to season 5. There were many sides to it after they rebuilt their trust to it and it was really cute and interest as well.
I can't believe what Abc have done. We in the UK are behind in the episodes for series 8 and I'm gutted to find out about Stana and Tamala going!!! I was bought series 1-7 as a gift last year when I was recovering from illness, such a lovely romance with crime attached. Good luck to Stana for everything you do in the future such a talented and beautiful person. No more Castle for me after this series, in my opinion it should end. How Molly Quinn can say Nathan is 'Castle' is beyond belief, it's nothing without Stana.

Stana and Filleon has MAJOR clashes behind the scenes. You can tell mid season 5 when you seen them apart in scenes more or Castle goes with Espo and Ryan while Beckett investigates elsewhere. They dated for real around seasons 2-5 and HATED eachother after that. By the end they were refusing to share more than 8 hours per episode of shoot time together and Stana would end up in her trailer crying after and altercations with Filleon. She aledges he was a mega bully after the (also aledged) breakup. Some case like Tamala back up Stana's story but others like Espo and Ryan's actors say it was 50/50 they were both pains in the ass with Stana being a total Diva post season 5. and yes I know this is years after your comment and full of spelling errors.
