- Welcome to another Don't Starve Together video. Today Walter is going to try surviving for half a year eating nothing but food from the new Year of the Bunnyman event. The food is quite good with plenty of options for all three stats, only trick is going to be getting the pillow fights up before starving. Walter has 1.5 days and then it's all or nothing. Let's go.

I think its still overpowered in my opinion if you farm lucky coins during year of the catcoon(1twig or grass = one lucky coin
1 - pig torch
2 - devs grave
3 - reed trap
4 - a sack first year
You really should continue this world this is extremely rare
You can fight during the day by smacking a sleeping bunnyman with a pillow, it doesn't count as an attack but wakes them up long enough to challenge them.

Imagine if you used more than 1 Year Of event! Year of the Gobbler would be all the food you needed for Autumn, Pig king would be a waste, and Carrat would be expensive but worth
Thank goodness that these overpowered food items are event only. if they were year round it would ruin the game’s difficulty

Its wild that this events foods are so good. Most of the others' are mostly useless so ive never checked em out
Looking at a description its a cool 2023 year of the beefalo event
1. You can steal the carrot that they spin to use as tribute.
2. You can use a decon staff on the pillows.
3. The reward from fights is based on the equipment the bunnymen have.
I tried #1 in the video. They spawned back in and took the carrot back.

How did you enable timer below day counter?
The foods might be great, but if they were broken no one would use them more than once as a gimmick. At least for the lifetime of the event players will consume the event foods if they care enough.
I think you might have an error in your description. Wouldn't it be Year of the Bunnyman?

If it adds to your enjoyment of the game then absolutely. I almost always turn on Midsummer Cawnival for the building options that the event unlocks. Function-wise you probably won’t find a ton of impactful content in these events, at least not compared to content updates. Winter’s Feast is probably the big exception here because of the gift wrap and extra klaus spawns.
How do you deal with bad world gen?
What kinda worldgen? If it’s gonna be a long-term world I’ll usually count certain prefabs with commands to make sure the world generated enough resources. The layout is something I can’t really determine until I’ve spent time mapping but I’m not against regenerating if it doesn’t seem a good fit.
